We have visited Skopelos 7 times in the last 11 years so can certainly recommend both the island and the Skopelos Village apartments. The rooms are spotless (they are cleaned daily & bedding changed every other day). Most come with a sea view and the ones that don't come with pleasant garden or mountain views. The pool is relaxing and the pool bar serves tasty snacks and drinks. ..not to mention the Skopelos Village Breakfast (which can be purchased for a small additional cost)which is buffet style with enough to keep even the hungriest visitor well stocked until lunchtime.
The staff are welcoming and hospitable and make the place feel so homely and relaxing. You'll find that once you have arrived it is very hard to leave and you are counting the days until you can return!
In fact the hotel is so nice we are buying an apartment there! The hotel is developing the area behind their current hotel for sale.
