a mixed bag to be honest, good points- rooms spacious, bar staff, it has to be said work hard even in 35 degree heat dont keep you waitin, restarant clean waiters pleasant and polite, nice pool area, now to the not so good food on occasions not up to scratch, raw beef burgers, gristle beef, and tough pork chops, and fair choice of fish never steak or a cavery, why there is no english tv channel when 80% of the customers are from uk is beyond beleif,lifts can be a nightmare, entertainment is sometimes good , but bingo is for o.a.ps mixed age group and, very .very miserable people who look like its a bank holiday rain day in england, drinks not up to scratch very weak indeed, spanish quick save across the road on the left sold me FULL strengh vodka for 3 euros 60 cents a bottle and it was the real deal stuff,not worthy of 4 star, the day before we left booked a alarm call for seven, and never recieved it good job we woke or could have delayed transfer bus that is a disgrace for a 4 star hotel,this hotel needs to pull its socks up sharp as it will not get repeat bookins, and when its busy expect standards to fall weather was fantastic shame the hotel wasnt

we have just had a week at this hotel lovely clean place rooms cleaned regularly. staff very friendly. food great.the only thing i would complain about is the entertainment it is very basic and dated. however over the road at rachels bar it has some great acts every night.would we return probably not as the hotel next door looks like entertainment is better.

We stayed 19th May - 26th May 2011. Watch out for parties of stag and hen nights especially at weekends, the blokes are a nightmare and it's getting worse. The entertainment is sparse and complete rubbish. The hotel is nice, the food a little repetitive. We asked the rep if he could see if we could stay another week? He said we would have to sort it out with the hotel and then he would let us know if he could change our flight times. All a bit hit and miss.
The bar closes on the nail at 12.00, the trend in benidorm is at least 1.00 some much later.
My feeling is that this is a good hotel that could be ruined by stag parties, rubbish entertainment, repetitive food and inattentive holiday reps.

Me and the wife stopped here between 9 -16 April 2011.
For breakfast you could have the full English (bacon, fried eggs, sausage, beans, toast, mushrooms. OR there was plenty of cold meats, cheeses, cereals) I enjoyed the breafasts!
Dinner and supper were OK. Always chips, meats or stews to choose from. I have however been to the Flamingo Oasis the previous year and found that the food there, in my opinion was better.
The all inclusive package of drinks was OK. But do not expect to get drunk. If you go to the showbars across the road you can taste (the alcohol) difference! The bar service was good. You were never waiting very long. The entertainment too was OK. They had some good acts that actually sing!
The bedrooms were spacious and clean and the bathroom was of a good size. (With a seperate shower cubicle, a bath and a bidet)
The show bars across the road have some good acts. The guy who impersonates Elvis is a very good singer. We also saw the Take That Tribute who I also thought were very good. If you want a bet one of the Irish bars across the road has horse racing and takes your wagers.
The beach is a 10 minute walk away and Benidorm Palace (if you want to go) is a 5 minute walk away)
Would I go again? The answer would be yes. The staff were friendly, the hotel is clean and the rooms are nice.

We stayed in this hotel a couple of years back, it's modern, clean and the staff are friendly. I have just booked a 4 night Al stay for Christmas. Can't wait!

Just returned from 11 days at levante club hotel we paid extra (£200) for a superior room which we and other people think is a rip off because the superior room is no different from a standard room, exactly the same size, furniture and bathroom as a normal room.Yes we got a bottle of water and 4 tea/coffee/ milk satchets a day and slippers and bathrobe on arrival,but the extra tv channels didn't exist,the only british channel was bbc1 and that was only until 9.30pm as after that it was unwatchable because of the poor picture and sound quality.The hotel is nice,spotless with very friendly staff,the food is a bit repetative, every day fish was on the menu and it was always the same salads,sweets and tinned fruit.There was also some incidents with stag and hen parties a lot of rowdiness from the men especially when they'd been drinking,so perhaps these kind of parties should be stopped from going to this 4star hotel.We'd probably return but certainly would not pay the extra money for a superior room,[we've been going to Benidorm 3 times a year for over 30 years and stayed in many hotels and apartments]

this is a fantastic hotel i went for 2 weeks from 18th Jan to 1st Feb, its modern, rooms are fantastic ,i was more than happy with food choice and i am a fussy eater , the gym and spa was brilliant i would recommend this hotel to any one and the rep (Suzy) was fantastic very helpful i will be going back without a doubt the entertainment wasn't very good but don't let that put you off, there are a few cases of pick pocketers but no more than any other tourist destinations , i really enjoyed it hope this helps

The hotel staff were always very friendly, chatty and always willing to help. The entertainment staff work very long hrs but are very good at what they do with a good entertainment programme. (never to pushy) The hotel was always clean and tidy including the pool area. Never had a problem gtting a sun bed at any time of day. The food was fantasic, always hot and always loads to choose from right from breakfast to 12 at night.The rooms were big with a shower and bath. Over all very relaxing with loads to eat and drink all day and night.
Things to inprove.
Although the towels in the room were changed daily the rooms were not always cleaned. Dust and mess for 3 to 4 days at a time. When the shower door was closed more water leaked outside the shower than in it. The pool of water outside the shower was so bad we could not use it. The gangs of men (stag) and women (hen) at weekends was not pleasant, very drunk, very noisy, bad language. Just shouting about what sex they had the night before, Very Graphic. A lot of people moved away from the pool because of this.
Me and my wafe planned to go back to this hotel next May and talked about it all week but below is the reason i would never go back to the Levante Club Hotel!

All drinks are included and i must say not to bad. But me and my wife like branded lager. You are pushed by the hotel staff, rep and there is a big sign at reception stating to upgrade your all inclusive drinks package to include branded drinks. We upgraded and on the first day i asked for a bottle beer only to be told they only sell local bottled beers. So most nights we went to the very good bars opposite the hotel so we could drink what we wanted. On the last night i noticed they did loads of different bottled beers. I asked for a bottle but was told i would have to pay for it. I told the bar man i had upgraded but he said i would still have to pay. When i went to the reception to complain i was told the upgrade only included some brands not all. Something not mentioned by the rep or staff when we asked at the start of our holiday. Its not the cost of the upgrade that got to me it was the feeling i had been totaly ripped off. Bad end to the holiday. That is why i wont go back to this hotel!!!

Just got back stayed 23rd Sept-30th Sept, fantastic hotel could not find much to fault at all, FOOD excellent and a great variety every day apart from breakfast where there is always sausages, bacon, eggs and beans, howevever, plenty of cereals, fresh fruit, yogarts, cheese ham etc for those that dont eat fry ups. (those who do find fault must be from the burger and Pizza Brigade) however those are served at snack time out of restaurant hours and the Pizza is actually really nice. Food mainly is hot but there is a microwave available by the coffee machine should you find it is not hot enough, Staff very helpful and freindly, hola or Buenos dias or Buenos Tardes and Gracias always goes down well also.
Rooms excellent and large, well cleaned with a big balcony.
Entertainment was the only area that could do with being improved, not alot on but excellent bars opposite particually the Tropical/Tropicana (sorry forgotten which it is)
Drinks-Yes they are weaker, however think that this is a good thing as another couple there upgraded on the 3rd day and by the evening a certain lady was totally Pissed!!! hence why they do this unless you only have 1 or 2 drinks suggest you dont bother to upgrade.
Pool-Didnt find it a problem apart from the 1st day with the sunbeds, always got 2 no matter what time of day but can see that it may be a problem at very busy times.
All in all great location in the quieter north east area of Benidorm, 20-25 mins walk from the beach. Had a fabulous holiday in a place I would normally have never considered going to and would definately go back again, it is also cheaper than some other areas of Spain in particular the Costa Del Sol.
Free trips with Pal-Watch out for these it involves a 1-1.5 hour presentation at a Bed/bedding place first trying to sell you matresses and lambs wool bedding covers, pillows ect, but if you are prepared for it , it is okay we took the Calpe free trip and we spent 2 hours in Calpe 3-30 to 5.30 time to eat and a quick look around, however be warned and eat something before you go as you dont get to have lunch till about 3.30-3.45pm!!
Finally Chris the rep is great, always helpful, always willing to help and with a smile :) and nearly always at his desk in the hotel. Great front face for thompsons, shame there airline isnt as good, delayed going out and coming back. All in all would rate everything together at 98% and would definately go back.

Myself,husband and two friends arrived back yesterday from a weeks stay at this hotel.On arrival check in at the hotel was quick although a few couples that arrived with us had to wait 30 minuits as there rooms were not ready.Our room was on the 14th floor and was very clean and spacious with great views.After reading other reviews about the sunbed situation i must say that although there were always towels out by 8am we did not have a problem with getting one after breakfast at 9.30am.
The food served in the dining room was very good and we always found something we liked,my husband did fancy a cheese and ham roll mid morning which were displayed in the bar and were told they were not included in the all inclusive which seem a bit silly as they were always left at the end of the day.the drinks were great and we always asked for a large.Went to the hotel entertainment a couple of times but to be honest it was nothing special which reflected the number of people watching it was only ever half full if that.Visited the old town a couple of times going by bus which was good value at 1 euro 25.The only down side we found was when we wanted an early night(before 12) we found the noise from the other hotel very annoying and loud and made it impossible to sleep
Overall though this hotel was great,staff were friendly,and rooms cleaned every day and fresh towels.
One thing it could do with in my opinion would be to have self service drinks in the dining room rather than wait for the waiter to take the order.
And one more thing i almost forgot to mention was Chris the rep he was really helpful and not pushy.
