we arrived at hotel and were made to feel welcome from start to end of holiday. staff were polite, happy and helpful. food was tasty well cooked and well presented.I can honestly i would reckomend the hotel to anyone.the only down side was our room although very clean and comfortable with veiw over marina and seaview never got any sun and we could not use balcony and being older we like to spend a lot of time sitting reading and just relaxing on balcony.

Having read the reviews after booking an all inclusive weekend break at this hotel, we were dreading it. On arrival though we were pleasantly surprised... The hotel and entrace lobby were impressive and the reception staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. Our twin room on the 12th floor was spacious and clean and had a great view of Benidorm from the balcony. The lifts were in good working order and we never waited more than a minute for one. The food was very nice and there was plenty of choice. The fresh orange juice at breakfast was lovely!!
Although the hotel is not in the heart of Benidorm it is in a nice quiet area within walking distance of a lovely beach. There are a few bars and shops around but if you want the busy town then it's only a short bus ride away. We even decided to stroll back from town along the beach and it only took about 45 minutes. The entertainment caters more for the Spanish guests (But you are in Spain!)In fact the only thing that was disappointing was a couple drunken british visitors staying there!!

We booked this hotel as a last minute break. I was impressed when we arrived as reception is quite impressive. Unfortunately the four stars stopped there.
The rooms were basic and in need of refurbishment, which surprises me as it is not an old hotel. There was a permanent stench from the drains noticed on all floors and even by the swimming pool.
The food was vile. The hotel caters for spanish guests well but unless you like chips with every meal, and cold beans and fatty bacon for breakfast and fish with everything for tea this is not the place to go.
The reception staff were extremely dissmissive and downright rude when presented with a problem by my elderly father.
The leisure facilities are fair if you dont mind paying upto 8 euro a time to use them. They even charge you to go up to the veiwing level at the top of the building you have paid to stay in!!
I would not recommend this hotel and would certainly not consider staying there again. The location is poor and the surrounding streets are quite rough, particularly if you are travelling alone or with young children. There are FAR better hotels nearer to the town with much better facilities and nicer staff.

this hotel should be down graded to a 1 star there is no aircon working in rooms when i got there they put us in a room like a hen hut for a family of four the food was always cold we had to eat out all the time when we had paid out all that money for dinner in the hotel , about 10 spanish childen attacked my 8 year old boy in the game room to take the game off him my child was crying and scared and didnt want to play again ,we gave the hotel a few clothes to wash and iron and they wanted £80 when it should have only been about £10 so we just told them to keep the clothes because it would be cheeper to buy them again
We will never be back

On arriving at this hotel in which we had booked a triple room, we were told it wasn't suitable, doors too narrow, we had our daughter who in confined to a wheelchair so needed a room with a roll in shower, we were then shown another room which only had one bed so spent the next hour checking out other rooms and finally opted for the first one which an extra bed was added to. Getting down in the lift took anything from 5-30 minutes, the restaurant staff, especially the head waiter were not helpful at all, I had reason to complain about the head waiter and although assured by the Director he would see him I heard nothing more. Since returning home I've complained to the company, they havn't had the decency to respond. The food was sometimes passable but mostly bad, even had to queue up for cups as the staff failed to replenish the tray, their excuse, Too many people???
Getting down to the beach with a wheelchair was impossible only got there once when my sister,brother-inlaw and neice came to visit, took three people to push the chair up the hill.
I would not recommed this hotel or its location to anyone with a disability of any kind or able bodied for that matter.
The only good point is the cleanliness which was first class.

Just back from this hotel. We went last year in May on a/i and found hotel excellent
this year was a different story. As said there was waiting to be served at any time and staff were surly and rude.
If you have children stear clear as when we were there it was rife with hen does ,stag does and loads of drunk and unruly people swearing etc.If you like this sort of thing ok but we booked a 4star .very much gone downhill from last year .

was impressed with the reception on arrival , shame thats as good as it got, the room was very basic but clean. the bar area very depressing with the all inclusive guest's made to queue up like cattle in one corner whilst one barman serves you.so if your hoping to drink expect to wait a long time. the hotel offers very little for british guest with the main tv screen only switched on when spanish football is on.free internet connection is available but limited to a small area near the reception, great if you can find a seat.no british papers sold. hotel entertainment consist of a third rate spanish singer with the rather small spanish people attempting to dance this does bring a comedy angle to procedings. the hotel is cold so be prepared if the weather is not warm.food ok was recommended the fish one night which was good but dont expect anything special especialy if your a dessert person. location is not very good as its a long way from anywhere.although was told by charming guest that the nearby zoo was worth seeing . staff could all do with a visit to charm school.

I dont normaly worry about holiday reviews but feel so strongly regarding the holiday we have just had felt the need to comment! hotel 3* NOT 5 or 4 as stated, food ok you will find something to eat on all inclusive deal. However if you are thinking of booking all incl dont bother....u have to que for a drink seperate to other holiday guests..staff rude lots of spanish on holiday there if you happen to be in a que forget getting served staff will leave you standing and see to other guests (paying) not all incl first. Complained to hotel manager whilst we were there no changes happened. You will get a card not the usual wrist band you can order one drink per card the have the pleasure og queing again for another.. if you happen to be in the que from ten thirty trying to be served a drink before all incl ends at 11pm..and because the que is so long half hour passes you wont get a drink last orders! miles from main centre to town 11 euros in cab home. i never complain but would NEVER go back to this place.. please please think before you book so as not to be disapointed!!

on arrival staff very friendly on reception, first impressions on the hotel are great, bar area very nice leading out to the pools, room was of a very good size with 2 beds and sofa lounge a tv and fridge were provided with free water pop and beer in,there are 2 restaraunts which serve a very good choice of food for everyone, the entertainment at night wasnt brilliant, spanish dancing but we were in spain so didnt mind,as for some of the people(english)i dont know what they expect from a hotel ive been in far worst hotels in benidorm, they were complaining about everything from service to food to the all inclusive ,we paid £50 per couple per night a/i,try getting that at a travel lodge(dont think so), i wouldnt reccomend this hotel for people that want to be in the square every night could end up being expensive in taxis, but for a nice relaxing break it is ideal.

When arrived the entrance was impressive, the rooms adequate, sea view nice,
restaurant, definitely more a 2 star, you are expected to eat all course meals with the same knife and fork, you can ask for fresh ones, once you find a waiter,on our third day ,Irish travelers arrived 4 families, they took over the hotel, buggies in the dinning area, blocking aisles, babes on the tables,Fighting, swearing, drunkenness on a daily basis, smashed glasses off walls.etc, bad mouthing other residents etc it goes on and on,
Enrique Cassels the director:Quote -that is what you should expect on an all inclusive holiday, Quote-If I asked them to leave, they could sue me
If I called the police ,they would be back out and in the Hotel in 2 hours?
It is Spanish law He said? it is not,Police chief said he would keep them locked up till court time,We moved to another Hotel, which was fantastic and ran by the same tour operator, his is not a Hotel for English people.
Staff nice,Director-Give me your money and thank you, Thats where it ends
