The Lunik is a 3 star hotel, which we booked over the Internet, and we were not disappointed, the hotel room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast is continental, which is very bland, and the waitresses never smile, this I found with most Prague residents.
The hotel is in a quieter part of Prague, but is within 10 mins walk of the square, in fact all of the sites are within walking distance as Prague is a compact city. Prices in Prague are very good, beer and restaurants. There is an Australian theme bar next to the hotel, which is very cheap, and it also has happy hour, which is pretty stupid considering the already cheap prices. Nightlife is whatever you want, if you like it loud go to the square, a bit quieter there are some great bar and restaurants away from the square. My favourite was a Mexican around the corner from the hotel.
Overall Prague is a nice place, but don’t go for more than 3 days that is more than enough time to see all the sites.
