the hotel is in an ideal position 20 minutes walk to kos town, the hotel itself is spotless 3 swimming pools,a large restraunt and the food is buffet style a mixture of european cuisines to suit all tastes, the pool bar serve cocktails shorts and beer which are good quality, the staff are very helpful, the beach is part of the complex its the best beach iv seen the water is crystal clear with no jellyfish although its a bit pebbly i would recomend sandals or swim shoes, the entertainment was great as they interact with the audience watch out for ali baba as he is a total entertainer,if you need any quality fakes rolex watches etc a day visit to bodrum turkey is recomended, all in all a fantastic holiday would definately go back.

Just got back from Atlantis Hotel Lambi. Great location for us. A quiet area and only a short stroll into Kos Town which is well worth a visit. Good bikes to hire next door to the hotel for 5 Euro a day, with such flat terrain made a pleasant day out - and a basket to carry your purchases home!
We were all inclusive and although the food was not of gourmet standard, there was plenty of it from the time you get to breakfast to the time you go to bed. When the restaurant is shut, the bar opens and there is a constant supply of drinks, ham and cheese rolls and very nice pastries.
The hotel looks as though it has been recently refurbished, is spotless and has nice large communal areas. The restaurant tends to get packed but you can book an evening table at the quieter restaurant outside. Drinks and snacks from the pool bar can be taken to the beach - no need to go hungry or thirsty on this holiday!
All staff seemed pleasant and helpful. The man who gets your beach sunbed out is a bit grumpy though.
Maid service was excellent. Often we returned from breakfast to find our room already tidied. New sheets and towels daily.
We were given an apartment in the grounds near the sea. It had a hob and refrigerator, air-con and safe, all at no extra cost.
My friend and I would recommend this holiday, and probably one of the best complexes we saw with great facilities and 3 pools.

Holiday 29th Sept - 6th Oct. We thought the hotel was really good as were the staff. We were in room 93 which was clean and well kept by the staff. We had All Inclusive and had to use the AI restaurant although half way through the evening meal all food was transferred to the other restaurant which we then had to use. The food was always cold and with the exception of about two dishes was exactly the same day after day. Coffee and tea was available at breakfast, but if we wanted hot drinks throughout the day we had to pay for it - so much for All Inclusive! Orange juice was not fresh but diluted; all fruit served was from a tin! I can recall one night having chips, empty fish fingers and sprouts - disgusting, as was most of the food anyway. There was not enough seating in the restuarant so we always waited until after 8.30pm to eat. We also saw cats on the tables after the breakfast tables were set. I can't believe that a hotel of that size did not have a laundry service. Hotel recommended but on a self catering basis only. We will not return. It was our second trip to Kos and we are sorry we went back!

Yes but there is a but and it is quite a big but ! the very ignorant receptionist who told us we could keep the room on till 6pm on the last day, until we went down to pay for it on the morning of check out . then we were told our room had already been allocated to a new arrival so after going down to pay 25 euros to keep our room on we were then told the charge would be 40 euros if they had one available .there was also a charge of 3 euros a day pp to hire beds around the pool.Crap food but nice hotel in a lovely complex with very ignorant staff .

This was a lovely hotel in a lovely setting on the beach the rooms were basic but clean
food was poor often cold and if you managed to find a cup a breakfast you had to hold on
to it as they were like gold dust, dinning room was very busy.
For a 4* I could not believe they did not supply beach towel and unless you wished to
wear a wrist band and drink beer from plastic cups you had to pay for sun beds at the pool
and on the beach this was a first I have never heard of this anywhere else.
If thay wish to keep the 4* they will have to sort out these problems.

I stayed in an apartment at the Atlantis and I got what I paid for! The apartment was right on the beach, brilliant location, a walk of about 20 minutes to Kos Town which is a pleasant stroll. The sunrise is beautiful, it just seems to rise out of the sea, a must see experience. However, you have to get up early, which is not what you expect to do on holiday but people do just to see it. I'm looking at going back in June this year however I can't seem to be able to book the apartments, only the hotel!

This hotel should be a -4 star with a health warning!
My friend and I stayed at the Atlantis Hotel for 1 week all inclusive. We stayed in a self catering apartment even though we were all inclusive, with no proper lighting, it was dark and dingy and very basic. Towels were meant to be changed every other day however this didn't happen, we even had to buy our own toilet roll! We had a narrow back door into the room with no french doors. I was diagnosed with Bronchitis on my 3rd day from the air conditioning. I also got food poisoning from the food in the restaurant that I only ate in once. I accidentally smashed a glass in the room and returned to my room later that day to find the maid had swept it under my bed. The restaurant was very hot, no air con, lots of flys, big queues and little choice of food.
We spent in total £600 on food outside of the complex!!! on top of paying £600 each to stay their all inclusive. Many guests contracted ear infections from the pool and you could not get a sunbed past 10am. Staff very rude and refused to serve a drink in the bar at 11pm after the person next to me had literally just been served.
It was the holiday from hell that I will never ever forget.

This has to be the worst hotel in the world. Fawlty Towers is more of a four star hotel.
There is no air conditioning in any public areas. The staff are so rude and unhelpful. The food is so bad that you need to eat out and the restaurant is full of flies.
Lambi is a dying resort that is half an hour’s walk outside of Kos town. There is very little shops and even fewer bars.

If you are booking this hotel all inclusive think twice. There is little or no air conditioning in the public spaces.
The restaurant is unbearable what with the heat, flies, and lack of staff to clear the tables.
The staff are some of the rudest people I’ve ever met. Only one bar is open during the day to all inc customers. You can't get a hot drink except at breakfast and 5pm at the pool bar.
The swimming pool was small. The hotel holds up to 900 guests. There is just not the space or staff to deal with them. There is next to nothing for children to do.
If you like the idea of paying for meals and drinks at home, then being treated as a second class citizen in the hotel, book now.

Just returned from a week all inclusive at Atlantis hotel. Had never been to Kos before and was a little apprehensive about the hotel but we had a great week there.
Room and the rest of hotel was very clean. Pool and entertainment excellent, the water aerobics each morning is such a laugh. Very few English at hotel but that didn't bother us.
The walk into Kos town is a bit longer than we had been told about 30 mins. All in all a great holiday.

Would recommend this hotel. We stayed for a week at the end of September and was pleasantly surprised with what we got.
The room was very clean and the amenities there were great. Very child friendly but single people don’t let this put you off.
The male staff were a bit odd - grumpy almost but not enough for it to impact on your stay.
Enjoy - would recommend to a friend.

Hotel location really good as its fairly near KOS town and right next to the beach. The hotel its self was nicely done out and lovely lounge bars to sit around in the evening. Only kids entertainment in the evenings down by the pool (When it decided no to pour with rain !!!) with nothing going on in the hotel...mind you the season was drawing to an end!!The room we had was ok but not 4 star, the pillows were hard as was the mattress and the bathroom could had done with a bit more attention, there was a small open grate on the floor which water came out of whilst showering so we had to put a hotel towel over the grate to stop this...Only English channel was BBC world news on the TV which was very repetitive!! and only 1 spare plug socket right by the balcony door??
The food was varied most days but always warm to luke warm with all the staff we found being friendly and helpful.Glad we only went half board. The 2 pools were freezing, although not going in them myself, we could also see not many others going in either, and when they did, they soon came out again. The pool nearest the beach was the best as the other one did not look so inviting!!!
This is the first we have been to a large hotel and also so late in the year but overall have to say that being we had a last minute holiday, the hotel we found to being ok for what we wanted. We would definitively
not go to a large complex like this in the peak season as we could envisage this place being very packed with long queues after hearing feedback from others who had done this>>
Lots of Russian and German guests...very loud voices and no consideration for others
