just back from staying in these apartments for the second time (oct 10)apartments are clean and tidy although basic,the staff from reception,to bar staff,cleaning staff are so nice and friendly and so helpful,the apartments are situated in the middle of puerto del carmen and shops restaurants and beach are only minutes away,also there is 3 supermarkets within range of the apartments.food is all the restaurants were excellent.

Great apartments...easy to find. Despite using Resort Hopper and being dropped off down the strip near Tropicana and having to find our own way and then paying for a taxi to take us. In fact...don't bother with Resort Hopper they didn't even pick us up either despite calling and calling to find out where the shuttle was. *SIGH*
Anyway the apartment was cleaned on a regular basis, nearly everyday and was done to a high standard. Atlantico, the place where all the bars and clubs are, is literally across the road from the front entrance and is handy if your coming back from a drunken night out. I was at the back of the hotel (Room 403, 2 bedroom) and I could still hear the music but it didn't bother me. However the window to 1 of the rooms was right on the street. Security is tight as they close the doors to the front and back entrances every night and need a key to enter. I didn't really use the pool bar or the pool at all.
There is internet access...1 computer in reception 50 cents is 10 minutes. Enough dishes and adequate facilities for cooking your own meals. Downside though is that the balconies are not big enough but I barely used mine. And also there are no English channels on the tv just a few shows played in English, Disney Channel mainly is English all the time.
Great hotel...great stay.
Beach is 5 minutes away. Atlantico is 2 minutes away. Best place for a night out is Nikki Beach. Best place to eat is American Indian Bar. Take an excursion and don't just stay in the resort you'll get bored, I took a full tour of Fuerteventura for 44 euros (lunch included) and I went Costa Teguise for a day too, 23 euros there and back by taxi. Visit the shopping mall as well.

stayed here last september and returning in october.
really friendly staff, clean appartments and great location for going out! can be a bit loud if you were not into clubbing as often music going on till late!
however, i would recommend these apptments

These apartments were situated close to everything, BUT be prepared for noise from the Centro which these apartments back onto until 5.30am. We arrived back on the 5th August 2010 after a two week stay. The apartments are clean and spacious, BUT the balcony's are small. Whilst we were there we the Elena Apartments were taken over by loads of Irish (ignorant to everyone else who were staying there) families who proceeded to take over the place with foul language all day long even from the youngsters and they did not awake till 12pm and ran riot till 2-5am and hardly anything was said. The people who worked there must of gone home with a headache!! I would only recommend these apartments to people who sleep all day after clubbing all nite!!

Me and the missus stayed there last week and found the appartements excellent and clean.also the bar there on complex was fab.The food generally around was really good and reasonably priced and would reccomend these for a cheap stay.........

This was the first time at these apartments. The staff are fantastic and so friendly, Paulo from the pool bar is great. Edwardo was really funny and even put on tapas and a karaoke free when it was his birthday. It is really clean and we got ungraded to a 2 bed when we were only expecting a 1 bed. The beds are really uncomfortable but the rest makes up for it. We met in with a great crowd round the pool and thoroughly enjoyed our 12 days there.

the elena appartments are spotless clean
have the most helpfull and friendly staff
you could ask for .. during my stay one of
them was sewing sum1s bags together
one search the whole hotel for cotton for me
bbq every saturday . the all day food is the best
=) cant wait to stay here again =) x

Me and my boyfriend went to Lanzarote as our first holiday alone, we booked via Sunmaster and got a great deal for 2 weeks. My boyfriend had been to Lanzarote several times before with his family, but first time in this resort.
When we first got there we was very shocked at the size of the apartment and how equipped it was, although we was only self catering we had everything we needed!
Nightlife is great if your looking for a clubbing holiday, there is a mixture of pubs, bars and clubs! Resturants are fantastic! The whole 2weeks we never had a bad meal!
Transport is very good, I would recommend buses rather than taxi's, we made the mistake of getting a taxi to and from Costa Teguise which ended up costing $45! We found the buses very frequent and very easy to get! We travelled to Playa Blanca and Costa Teguise for 2 one way it cost under $5!
The staff are very friendly, very nice atmosphere in the bar! We loved 'Pablo' the barman! The pool is a good size, when we went it was abit cold but we managed to get in!! The beach is less than 100m away! It is a gorgeous beach, beds cost $8 per day, which works out very expensive! The sea was lovely, definetly recommend taking a bread roll in with you and see the size of the fish swimming very shallow around your feet!!
Best Holiday together so far!! Will be going back this year with all the family!
Had an amazing 2weeks!
