Pegasos Resort

Ok let's get the bad bits out of the way first - there were none!!!! Serious this was a fantastic hotel and a fantastic holiday overall. From when we first got there, we were greated with a nice cocktail. The porters brought our bags up to the rooms and the check in process was painless..... yes painless. The hotel itself is very clean. In fact, all day every day you see cleaners dotted around keeping the place clean and tidy. You have to take your hats off to the staff. Just come back from Turkey Holiday Village booked through First Choice and I must admit I have mixed feelings about the whole experience. We did enjoy our stay and we will probably go back to Turkey as we are impressed with a natural beauty we were not expecting. When I booked this accomodation I was assured by First Choice that the hotel was suitable for disabled people. On arrival at the hotel the room which was supposed to be a disabled room was totally inadequate, shower inaccesible for full time wheelchair user, bed too low etc. When problems reported to rep tried to help but unsuccesfully which resulted in disabled person unable to shower all week. After reading the reports we nearly cancelled the holiday but decided to go with a open mind, and are we glad we did, we had a fantastic time. We were greeted with a cold drink and our cases taken to the room, check in was easy, just what you need after a long flight. The room was large with plenty of room for the 5 of us. The kids ( 6 and 4 year old twins ) had a whale of a time in the kids club every day for on average 4 hours, 2 hours in the morning 2 in the afternoon, my wife and I were lost as we sometimes wanted them to... more

Highly recommend a brilliant hotel,loads 4 the kids 2 do,pools activitys & kids clubs r all fab,food`s excellant,but beware of the mossi`s take plenty of repellant,they sell 1 in sarigerme called sin kov,which they say is fab,we took jungle formula which 4 us was vry good, would deffo go bac again :)

Went to the Pegasos Palace in Sept 2006 for a week all inclusive. The hotel was immaculately cleaned and there were loads of sun loungers and pools available. I was really impressed when we arrived and the staff were really helpful. Took mossie spray due to it being on Marsh land but to be honest wasn;t really any moggies, just huge "killer wasps" even the waiters flapped when they got to close. Stayed at this hotel for a week from the 1710. Booked a jacuzzi suite which was very nice. Bath was a liitle small but the bed was nice and big. The staff were excellant and the service at the restaurants and in general was of a high standard. The food at the main restaurant was very good with alot of variety and the theme restaurants are a must. Did overhear some people tcomplaining about a lack of food options for their kids. Maybe they should feed their children something other than chips, especially when in a different country. Went on... more

Dont know what the others are moaning about we had a great holiday, yes there are loads of mozzies around but that is no fault of the hotel is it? Kids had great fun on the waterslides, so did the adults, there are some undisirable people there but dont let it spoil youre holiday in such a lovely hotel

I read the reviews and decided to go and make m own mind up Hotel was very clean, excellent kids amenities, food excellent, restaurants were well advised to book excellent yob free, sarigerme how Turkey was years ago brill. But, the select rooms were a joke, the express check in non-existent, First Choice rep appaling, full of "get here mums". People over 50 took the holiday to stay teeth less all holiday even at night, drank in the better bar and saw 2 fights in 1 week, staff miserable, buffet restaraunt like a zoo with parents... more

we stayed there for 1 week (that was long enough) our daughter was 2 1/2, she took ill so she has to stay out of the heat and away from the pools so the only other thing for her to do is ten pin bowling (with a two and a half year old, I don't think so). There is nothing but swimming pools. Our daughter went to the crech which she did enjoy but it cost £17 for 3 x90min sessions. But if you are 3 and above there is free clubs all day ( none of the kids clubs carry first aid kits so if anything happens to your child they take them to the... more
