Small but pleasant room. Breakfast is an optional extra but is charged at £7 per person and quite frankly not worth it, do much better having breakfast out.
One bar and restaurant now no smoking which is ok provided the other bar is open.
All in all for the price a good deal. Very good Parking facilities.

Bad points:- Room cold, no heating, passage was warmer than the room. 1 inch gap around window frame, had to stuff it with loo roll. Very noisey, music starts about 10 goes off about 1am, tough if you have to be up early. floor boards loose, you can hear everybody moving around in the rooms next door and passage. Good points:- Staff excellent Very clean Food good

The hotel was basic but quite acceptable for a one night stay. We paid £25.00 for a twin room, had I paid their Rack rate of £95.00 for a single room I would have felt very cheated! We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, however their charge of £7.00 per person doesn't seem excessive.
