Small but pleasant room. Breakfast...

Small but pleasant room. Breakfast is an optional extra but is charged at £7 per person and quite frankly not worth it, do much better having breakfast out.
One bar and restaurant now no smoking which is ok provided the other bar is open.
All in all for the price a good deal. Very good Parking facilities.

Originally two Victorian Houses that have been skillfully converted into a modern 62 en-suite bedroom Hotel.
Conveniently situated just 2 minutes from Junction of the M602 major motorway into the centre of Manchester.
This Hotel with modern amenities for both business and leisure travellers has extensive facilities for your conference and banqueting guests within a warm and friendly environment.
Throughly enjoyed my 3 nights stay.
