The Britannia Hotel is an impressive Victorian building in the city centre just off Piccadilly. Piccadilly station is 5 minutes walk, the metro even closer bringing Old Trafford to a 15 minutes journey. Chinatown is across the road, the Gay Village behind and shopping just across Piccadilly Gardens. With 363 rooms, 3 restaurants and 4 bars the hotel is as lively as its surroundings. Car parking is available at the nearby NCP or a valet parking service can be purchased.

Absolute waste of money. No TV ariel, 4 phone calls and 2 hours later, get a portable TV, but still no ariel. Get promised a call from Duty manager - and still waiting. Room service menu rubbish, and food burnt, salad old. Charge £5.50 minimum for... read more
