After reading some poor reviews we were apprehensive about our dinner bed and breakfast package. The room was tastefully decorated and extremely clean, the bathroom was modern and again everything clean and fresh looking. All hotel staff were extremely helpful and polite.... more

hi..i booked 1 night at mottram hall for a birthday surprise for my wife.we arrived at 14.10 in the afternoon.reception staff very helpfull.four poster room was outstanding,my wife was over-whelmed...food was a bit on the exspensive side when you looked on these leaflets in... more

The room was small and stuffy
The shower curtain was mouldy
also mould around sealent
And the curtain rail was rusty
Food although presented well
Was from a limited menu
And when checking out
We found we had been overcharged by £50
