Hotel was clean and tidy, but staff very disorganised. Upon booking when I turned up they had no record of a room being booked in advance even though I had a booking reference. On payment (via telephone) I had to give in my Credit Card details in on 3 seperate occasions to 3 seperate people each claiming that the details hadn't been input on their system. The hotel itself is fine, the staff seem so disorganised.
