Wassermann Hotel

This was the worst hotel in my entire life experience. Everything was a disaster. The service was bad, room was in cellar. Missing equipment in room. Food cheapest.

We arrived approx 5 o'clock in the morning, the night porter kindly carried our luggage to the room, which was quite small. The next morning we asked if we could change rooms and they duly obliged, and carried our cases again! We found the staff to be polite and attentive... more

The adminstrator was a really friendly boy :). We arrived after 9pm, and the dinner had ended, but we got them. That was really nice. Rooms are small, and the first night was hard to endure, because it was very hot and we didn't know how to turn the air-condition on. But... more
