Holiday Inn Leeds Bradford Airport Hotel

My girlfriend and I stayed here on a Friday Night and were considerably impressed. The staff on reception were really nice and were all too willing to help. The bar staff were attentive and they even provided a large screen TV for the world cup matches near reception. Our room was a mile away from reception but we didnt mind as you kind of felt secluded. Depends on which floor you stay on. The forth floor i.e. room 400+ are very nice but the top floor 500+ look like they were finished by some cowboy builder and they are cold and the central heating is noisy. The junior staff are fine but many of the senior staff are arrogant especially on reception. The bar is way to expensive but I suppose that's how it is in Hotels. The Gym is next to useless but the pool is good. The hotel is miles away from Leeds and miles and miles away from Bradford but it is close (a few miles) to the airport.

Myself, my wife, and daughter stayed at this hotel for a Weekend Break on 4th March 2006. On arrival, the allocated 'non-smoking' rooms had all gone - but nothing was too much trouble for the receptionist. After sitting us down in the lounge, offereing us some drinks, she went to speak to her Supervisor, who upgraded us to an 'Executive Room' (non-smoking one!) for no additional charge. We just wanted a room for the night after attending a local function. The room was more than adequate for our purposes. Tea and coffee facilities were available. Biscuits would have added that extra welcoming touch! Staff were courteous and helpful. At only £48 for the room overnight we felt it was a real bargain.

Just stayed the one night but it was very clean and efficient with a nice breakfast. We wanted something just north of Leeds and this fitted the bill. We got a good deal. Pool was fine and gym was underused. SilverTraveller

Stayed here with my husband and daughter aged 6. Never stayed at Holiday Inn before and won't again. The room was very small and the bathroom was the smallest I've ever seen. No drawers to put our clothes in had to live out of a suitcase for two days. Breakfast was good but the service dreadful. We weren't offered a hot drink and never got one when we asked. Didn't get the chance to air our views as the receptionist didn't ask if we'd had a good stay. Only good thing to say was location very good for Leeds and Dales. Will stay at Hilton or... more

Stayed at the Holiday Inn Leeds Bradford as was looking for a hotel near Leeds but was happy to stay outside the city centre. Hotel was about 20 mins drive from Leeds itself, and easy to find - if driving out of Leeds it's last on the right in Bramhope. We had a basic double room which was recently refurbished, a bit small though with no seating area other than the bed. Service was good, although nothing outstanding. Didn't try out the pool but it looked excellent.

This is a lovely hotel, situated on the edge of Wharfedale and close to very beautiful countryside. However, note that it is NOT in Bradford. It is situated in Bramhope, which is part of the City of Leeds. So if you book here expecting to find yourself in Bradford, you are going to be surprised. All public transport from this hotel goes to Leeds. There is no direct transport to Bradford which is some distance away.Don't let the Leeds Bradford Airport tag fool you, and the use of a Bradford address is totally out of order!
