Novotel Nottingham Hotel

The hotel is in desperate need of a make over - the rooms are dated and very worn - my room on the lower ground floor smelt of cooking from the kitchen and bedding was very very worn - an old blanket and sheet with a hole in it. The room is a good size with TV and ethernet connection and large desk space. I ordered room service which was efficient and a fairly good meal. I would say that its an OK place for 1 night but no more!!

We have stayed that this hotel twice, basically due to the fact that they accept dogs which is extremely helpful. The room both times were very clean and beds were very comfortable. The second time we stayed here we had the breakfast and that was very nice. The bar area is nice to sit and have a quiet drink in the evening. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Stayed here at the Beginning of April for just one night on Business, very comfortable stay and very friendly staff. Although the breakfast setup is not one of the best that Novotel on general has to offer, I do have to say that the Waitress that served the breakfast, (Asian Girl called Nong?)was extremly Friendly and Professional. Will definately stay again, when I'm in the Area.

went to the cricket and was good for the price - more than 5 miles out of town though 10 miles and a 10 to 15 quid cab fare no problem so keep it in mind, ideal for stopover or business travellers though - dont pay more than 50 quid and youve got a great deal, clean rooms, great bar - rude front desk staff but no surprise there!
