Pirates Beach Club Hotel

What can I say - this place was fantastic.
This is an Ultra All Inclusive resort - all premium brand drinks - including the beer. If you want champagne they will gladly pass over a chilled bottle.
The food is first class - the general dining area served a feast of fresh seafood every night - twice a week whole Tunas are despatched to the Barbeque, platters of crayfish, prawns etc.
For meat lovers there was also an abundance.
In addition there is a snack bar, a pancake house( 10hrs per day for each).Also has two themed restaurants which can be booked twice a week( Turkish and Italian).
The facilities are superb 3 pools - two of which have slides, a beach deck with amazing views - a "sun fish" just off the coast which you could swim out to and all the usual water sports which were payable locally (very cheap in comparison to the rest of Turkey + the med).
Also all the usual Spa facilities - Turkish baths etc.
The staff were amazing - kids and adults were well entertained with events every day.
But now for the bad news... we were the first family who had English as their first language the hotel had seen for 5 years!
The med hotel rep had never even been to the Hotel before until we arrived.
There are a lot of Russian/Ukrainian guests approx 50% - the remainder made up of Dutch + Belgians , fortunately English is the common language used by all.
My two sons had an amazing time and wanted to go back this year - even though there were obviously some communication difficulties amongst the kids.
Transfer time from Antalya airport is approx 50mins but what a drive - the coastal road is spectacular.
After experiencing First Choices version of all inclusive at the Pegasos palace this year - I am now seriously looking at re-visiting Pirates Beach.
