Best Holiday Ever !!!
10 / 10
Jul 2010, Dyfed

We have just returned and I have to say it was the best holiday ever.. the hotel, food & service were excellent but the main thing that made it for us was Stefania in the childrens club, she is fantastic and looked after our 4 year old little boy amazingly.. so much he cried on the plane home that he wanted to stay there. Every day she did different activities with them and made sure they were well looked after.. nothing was too much trouble.
We would return to the hotel tomorrow if we could..
thanks to Stefania, all the animation team and staff for giving us a wonderful holiday.

Our four years old daughter was a fan of Stephania and Gino at the kids club. She had no problem with her and there were a lot of children at the club every day.
I found another problem: The ratio of russians in this hotel is growing and everything seems to change a bit to russians way og life.

We have just returned from a week at this lovely hotel; lovely area, friendly staff, very clean and well maintained. Plently of sunbeds around the 4 pools and on the private beach area. Plently of nice food and drinks, desserts weren't great though. Our room was lovely, with a view of the ocean, the housekeeping were very good. Rooms near the pool/bar areas were apparently very noisy though. The excursions we went on, booked through our Thomas Cook rep were great, it's a must to get out and see some of the area, it is very beautiful and the historic sites are fascinating.
Unfortunely there was an incident that tainted our stay, my 5 year old daughter spent about half an hour at the kids club, and came back very upset. I later found out from some older children that were there that the woman, Stephania, were runs the kids club had shouted at her and been very unkind, my daughter confirmed this. I complained to the hotel manager. The following day this woman approached us and asked to speak to me (I believe only because she had been spoken to by the manager). She apoligised, but it was my daughter's terrified reaction to her approaching us that really struck me. I would definately give this hotel a go, but DO NOT leave your children with these unqualified and unsuitable people. Other hotel staff and guests also had had bad experiences of this woman.

just returned from a weeks holiday at this hotel. Really lovely setting, with the mountains behind the hotel.great pools, excellent friendly service. food was very good and the entertainment team were great. only downside was there is an open air disco that starts at 11 and ends at 3 every night and can be heard very clearly if you have a room overlooking the pool. we changed rooms after the first night without a problem. the beach is a bit of a let down, its pebbly and quite painful to walk on. also every few days there seems to be sewage in the water - toilet paper as well. overall though a good holiday and we would go back again

The location of this hotel is stunning.. infinity pools, palm trees, RIGHT next to the beach and mountains behind. Any photos you see do not do this hotel justice. The food is unbelievbly good. Travelling with my 16 yr old daugher, I went hoping not to put on weight as I had a wedding to attend on my return and had I been able to resist the bread made in their own pizza oven and the odd glass of wine, I might have achieved it. There were perfect salad ingredients - at least 15 or 20 items - and grilled meat and fish every meal time along side pasta dishes, cooked vegetables and baked meats and fish as well as stir-fries and specials all the time. Even the breakfast options were mind-blowing. The waiting, cleaning and catering staff are lovely - all say hello as they pass you and the head chef in his big hat, apron and huge smile standing in the first food hall wishing you good appetite was always sincere. I just wanted to totally relax so I did nothing but there was loads going on if you wanted to join in and no pressure to if you didn't. I booked for a week but the Icelandic volcano ash problem meant that we stayed for an extra 6 days. The staff were very kind but I wish the English of the guys in the reception had been a bit better. I didn't book through Thomas Cook and wished I had as they got more re-assurance than I did. It all worked out very smoothly and I paid 75 TL for 2 of us per night which is much cheaper than anywhere I've seen it quoted so booking direct might be an idea. Go it's lovely!

Just got back from Paloma club sultan which is now called Sentido Club Sultan.
Would definatly go back, four of us went including our two kids 7 and 5 they loved it couldn't get out of the pools.food was great many choices and always freshly cooked the restaurant was relaxed no queing.allthe waiters were very friendly especially to the english and the kids.there is mainly french people there some german and dutch but they were all friendly mainly kept themselves to themselves.there was still many english there made loads of friends and had a good laugh.entertainment was good but mainly in french but that soon changed as there was quite a few english there so they spoke in english aswell.hotel rooms are very clean and tidy as are the grounds and areas around the pools.outside of the hotel there many shops to by nik nacks and theres a market on a monday.there are a couple nightclubs nearby which can go on till 4am.all in all great holiday would recommend especially families.

What an amazing holiday, we have just got back from 2 weeks at beldibi, the hotel is great, the staff are great, the weather was fantastic (have the tan as proof)!!!
The pools were all warm thanks to the sun, the kids loved the slides, Steph the rep was brill and would do anything for you, including washing your clothes herself for free!!!
The waiters were really friendly making an effort to speak in English and the animation team were really good with the kids.
The pools were all very clean and it looked dead exotic with loads of plants and shrubs, the mountains in the background look amazing, very good for photos!!!
The only down side were the french, some of them were rude and the English were the minority but we managed to make a few English friends.
The food was very good with plenty of choice and the resturant was very good and clean, the waiters are very good.
Would definetley reccommend!!

We have been back a whole week now and we are all missing the Paloma Beach. Although this hotel is now not called this, it is under the hotel chain of Sentido.
We arrived at the hotel at about 6am, we had a good coach ride up and through the mountains as the sun was coming up. There were 4 of us myself, my husband and 2 young children aged 2 and 3.
My children loved it as so did we. We had a family room which was big enough only there was not much storage, but the children loved that they had their own room. We had a lovely view out to the mountains and to the sea from out balcony.
Everything was brilliant here. The food was plentyful and very tasty. We had no problems finding suitable food for our children who can be fussy eaters at this age. There was always plenty of selection from all the salads, the main courses and lots of wonderful cakes for desserts.
The staff are extremely friendly and everyone in the hotel made a big fuss of the children , especially the waiters. The outside set up with the pools was perfect. Our children spent alot of time on the waterslides and all4 pools were clean and warm. There were life guards on duty keeping everyone safe but also joining in the fun. And the slides are not just for the children!!
We couldn't get our children ou of the water, only to eat and attend the wonderful kids club. The young Turkish student there was fantastic, (I feel terrible as I can't remember her name) infact all the entertainment team were brilliant and we joined in with lots of activites.
Our rep Steph was very good, I can't believe someone gave her a bad review. She was very honest and helpful and didn't push to sell you excursions. She is the only rep we have had who offers to do your washing for you if your on a 2 week holiday.
We had fantastic weather, great food, met some lovely people, especially from Perth, Scotland. And there have been people moaning about the french on some of the reviews but we had no problems with them, and most of them were as friendly as us. This time of year is a great time to go, as there were always plenty of sunbeds and the restaurant was not busy.
There were only a couple of downsides, which the beach was very stoney and you couldn't walk into the sea to paddle, but the sand was so hot we didn't spend much time there. And there is also an open air disco 2 or 3 doors up which we could hear. But leaving the air cond on covered up the noise.
None of this however would stop us going back and we already have the brochure for next year and can't wait to go back. All the staff at this hotel including waiters and the entertainment team make this hotel extremely friendly.

What a fantastic hotel, the room was one of the best we've had in Turkey, we've been 6 times but first time to this hotel. The resort was a bit quite at this time of the year but that is what we wanted a total 'Chill' holiday. The food was excellent a huge choice something for everyone, even the fussiest eaters. The staff were absolutley fabulous especially Kemal one of the animators he became a real friend and often had meals with us and told us a lot about Turkey. Olivier, what can I say, a real star, we loved him. Musa the bar waiter, we thought he looked like a young Tiger Woods but he had never heard of him bet he'd like to earn his money though. The only thing that we would avoid is the time when all the French were there as they were very loud and noisy. The weather was not very good only 1 full day of sun and 2 days torrential rain but that is something that you cannot do anything about at least I learned how to play 'Jenga'. We would definatley go back but a bit later in the year to guarantee better weather

I would like to say that myself and my partner had a fantastic 10-days at Paloma Beach. We arrived late at night and were impressed immediately with the hotel. We too had read a few poor reviews and were expecting an average hotel, but were pleasantly surprised. The "quiet" pool resembled that which you would find somewhere far more exotic and there was a separate childrens / games pool which was great as it meant those that did not want to join in could sunbathe in peace. The staff were friendly and the food at the main buffet restaurant of a high standard. Admitedly it can get a little boring eating at the same restaurant each evening, but the food was always good and there were a few themed evenings which helped to keep it more interesting. The a la carte restaurant (fish) was a real disapointment though and we only ate there once. The evening entertainment at the hotel was fairly low-key, but one night there was an amazing show by some local gymnastic guys, I guess that's what you'd call them, making human pyramids, jumping through hoops of fire etc, very cool and absolutely amazing!! There weren't that many UK guests when we were there but that did not bother us in the lightest. The only down side was the hotel room. It was very basic and a little small for a four star hotel, but it was kept clean which was the main thing. We loved the resort, quiet but with enough little shops to keep us entertained. We bought stacks of little knick knacks and 99% of the shop owners were really friendly and not at all pushy. The local bus to the neighbouring town of Kemer was easy to use and cheap. All in all an amazing holiday, we did not want to come home!!
