Stayed for 3 nights. The staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The hotel and rooms were superb and the restaurant was out of this world.
I would recommend this hotel for anyone who likes to be pampered and who is used to first class service. If you wish to tour York as we did there is a park and ride scheme close to the Hotel with a cost of £2 per person return into York centre. The fitting in the hotel are of a high standard.
The rooms are of a similar standard and very clean. We are saving up to go again we enjoyed our stay so much.
