Very clean and comfortable hotel with extremely friendly staff.
Our room was a little on the small side but we can't have any complaints about the quality of decoration or how clean the actual room was.
Breakfast was the usual self service type of thing, filling but not over exciting.
The hotel is situated very close to major motorways so it's good for going off exploring the south west, we however found it a nightmare to get to the centre of Bristol as the traffic around here seems to be constantly busy, even though the hotel is only about 5 miles out of town it seemed to take around 45 minutes to get to town!
A good hotel if you want functional and clean but don't expect to be wowed.

The room itself was nice and clean and very comfortable slept sound all be it with the help of the celebratory drinks I had put away that night.
The staff and service was also very helpful and friendly, bar staff too were on the ball good quick and serving correctly by this I mean in order as much as possible as people went to the bar.
The food that was served up at the reception was too very good it was a bbq style plenty to eat and all cooked properly and was really tasty. Made a nice change from the usual finger buffet.
I am sure this hotel is ideal for the business traveller working that side of town or wanting easy access to and from the motorway system as it is just off the M32 maybe 1/2 mile away.
