Bristol has a lot to offer when it comes to activity. Near the hotel where i stayed is the @ Bristol complex featuring an Imax cinema it shows good family entertainment at a reasonable price.

Bristol is also home to one of the oldest zoos in the world. Bristol zoo is very scenic with its famous botanical gardens, and its residents are entertaining various talks are held throughout the day during which the keepers stress the importance of wildlife conservation especially when it comes to their gorillas (Bristol zoo houses three adults and a new arrival).

Sightseeing in Bristol is a must it is a city filled to the brim of history, there is the works of the legendary Isambard Kingdom Brunel- the Clifton suspension bridge and the s.s. Great Britain(the first steel ship built). A replica of the explorer john cabbots matthew is docked next to the great Britain and a tour of both ships can be taken with the purchase of just one ticket.

Overall Bristol has too many activities to list. But it is a city that’s still growing and one that has a lot to offer everyone of all ages. <br>

However it was very expensive and you were paying for all the little added extras that were of little use. The doorman was extremely helpful and knew the surrounding area well.
Bristol itself was an extremely interesting city with much to see.
The highlights of the trip were the SS Great Britain and St Mary Redcliffe Cathedral, a most impressive building.
The nightlife was extensive and enjoyable.
