Holiday Inn Express Bristol City Centre Hotel

A large chain hotel run by a chain of faceless nobodies who felt the customer was an intrusion to their routine. Impersonal, spartan, and unfriendly this type of hotel makes business travel a chore.
The cleanliness of this modern but charmless hotel does nothing to attract me to go back.
I was unable to access the wireless network from my room and neither the staff at the hotel or on the helpline were able, or willing, to go the extra mile to help.
The continental breakfast was of average standard and overall the hotel was not with the £100 plus the rooms cost.
