I cannot praise this hotel highly enough. The rooms are superb, very stylish and not chintzy like a lot of hotels. The beds are HUGE and very comfortable. The service we received from everyone, receptionists, waiters, barmen etc was absolutely impeccable.
The hotel is situated right on the quayside next to the Millennium Bridge. Its a short walk into the town centre (up a very steep hill!) or if you’re not feeling up to the climb, taxis can be ordered from reception.
I enjoyed my 2-night stay here so much, I cannot wait to go back!
