In need of a makeover ...

Depressingly shabby, this hotel is in need of a serious makeover. All the decorations are tatty, the furniture is scuffed and marked and the whole ambience is depressing. The leisure centre is also scruffy. Icannot comment on the restaurant as I was advised there was a minimum 1hr delay for dinner because of imminent arrival of a coach party so I decided to look elsewhere. However, the room and bathroom were clean but little else to commend it.

Overall it's OK. The outside is really shabby, which doesn't create a good impression. The bedrooms were fine but the walls are very thin so hope you don't get noisy neighbours. The spa is ok, but nothing fancy - changing rooms are shabby. Booked a massage and was left... more
