Dirty and the staff don't care. If you like rusty baths, no towels (on arrival) old, very very old bed linen and if you have 4 people in your group be expected to sleep on the sofa beds in the living room (don't ask me where to put you luggage) you will struggle to find the space. After reading the reviews I was a bit concerned about out New Year trip. However although basic grade apartments, no kettle,toaster or towels when we arrived, we just asked and got everything ! we had a relaxing week kids loved all the facilities and activities.The New Year gala dinner and singer was great and mostly the food was fine as we only did all inclusive on a special 3 day option. Staff dealt with any requests quicky and were friendly. Kids met up with lots of other children and had fun playing and met lots of new pals.Good Pizza... more

the hotel sonemar is great with fab staff.it was so good i am going twice this year. the booze is good, and the entertainment is great it was so good when i went a german family booked another week, their is something for everyone, since i have travelled i know if something is hot or not the beaches are great and the yumbo center is great at night!!!!

We were offered two equally disgusting apartments. Each had kicked in bedroom doors, rusty fridges and minimal cooking facilities. An upgrade was offered but would have doubled the cost of the holiday. We stayed in the second apartment where we daily had to flush away a stream of ants coming from the corner of the bath. One day they decided to form a long line around the edge of the main room downstairs. There was a dead cockroach in the cupboard. The representative was loud and unhelpful. thought we were in for a bad time after reading the reviews, but we had a great time. we did not go with any expectations and the hotel turned out better then expected and the food was quite good, the pools could have better and warmer but there was plenty of poolside loungers, do not bother with the reps trips the hotel runs cheaper ones reps safari 45e hotel 33e vertualy the same the reps welcome was a total waste of time though they did try or is that trying. if you like being looked after try being nice to the hotel staff it worked a... more

What a let down! the apartments were not suitable for a bunch of rats. The table leg was rotten and fell off 2 days into the holiday, our bedding was that of the last people whom had stayed there and we did not even have a kettle. Animals ran around (inc a few 'roach) and food was certainly nothing to write home about! Take my advise and book somewhere else!

When we arrived at the apartments it looked really nice. However as soon as we were given our apartment things went really bad. In the apartment we were given the wood on all the door frames was wrotten, the plaster was coming of the ceilings, there was rust all round the bath, their was mould in the fridge and the boiler had a massive hole in it and wires were hanging out the wall. me and my girlfriend went to the sonemar for a week!was a fantastic time!bit cut off but had near by shops and resturents but only a couple of euros in taxi to main shops/nite life/beach!and get free bus pass to beach!met a couple from coventry!GREAT LAUGH!great time!didnt have all inclusive but the resturant was gud, eat as much has u can!thort appartment was great!very clean and basic!all u need!much recommended!loved it!go there!go to the pitt in the kasbah too!fantastic! top holiday

The Apartments are partly owned by the Spanish. You have dogs running around the pool. The food was not up to standard. The snacks are only served between 10am and 11am and 10pm and 11pm. The hoilday was a let down to us.
