The Quality Hotel Coventry is located in the picturesque village of Allesley and is an ideal base for discovering and exploring nearby Coventry, Warwick, Stratford, the NEC as well as the surrounding area. All the 80 en-suite bedrooms are comfortable and are equipped with direct dial telephone, television and tea/coffee making facilities. The hotel has a restaurant, bar and complimentary on-site parking whilst leisure facilities include a steam room, sauna and games room.

This was a family weekend celebrating my parents Diamond Wedding. The leisure facilities are good and the location was convenient for the City centre. After that, there is not much else you can report about this hotel, accept suggest you stay elsewhere!



The staff are all "Students" and the customer definitely does not come first, they are not ill-mannered, in fact very much the opposite, they are just not organized which results in very poor service in all sectors. (This is obviously the fault of the management, or lack of It!)



The food is well below par and frankly ruined the whole weekend, it was such a disappointment. On the bright side, the hotel/rooms were very clean and well presented. This was not a bargain price special offer weekend either, in terms of "Value for Money" I would rate this a 2/10 and unfortunately I will remember this special occasion for all the wrong reasons.

I booked over a month in advance; the booking process went through without a hitch. I had booked a double non-smoking room. When we arrived, it seemed as thought the hotel was under refurbishment - which wasn't the problem, the place still looked clean and tidy even if there was a faint odour of paint.



The problem was that if I hadn't looked closely at the registration form I would of ended up with a twin smoking room. I questioned it and was told "We don't have ANY double rooms". They could have put us in a non-smoking twin room but it wasn't good enough.



Luckily they managed to find us a different hotel. The thing that annoyed me was their attitude which was more like a child caught in the act rather than a professional organisation.
