Cornelia De Luxe Resort

Excellent holiday resort with all the facilities of a 4+ hotel.
Food and drink was on offer 24 hours including buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner in main dining room, pool side menu and salad bar, traditional Turkish savoury pancakes while you waited, jacket potatoes and afternoon cakes and pastries, ice creams and 24 hour room service.
Mini bars in rooms with beer, coke, sprite, Fanta, water and fruit juice. All replenished daily. Rooms were clean and comfortable and included dove shower gels and organics shampoos, bathrobes, slippers and towels although the upgrade rooms were to die for.
Restaurants on site included Chinese (make sure you order plenty and don’t expect it all in one go, but excellent food)
International - small menu but great food, Turkish - different, and seafood - did not go as the family don’t eat seafood but great reviews from other guests. All these need to be booked at 9am the day before you go at guest relations.
Daily activities included shooting, boule, shuffleboard, bingo, volleyball, cards, pool, and darts to name a few. Also free water activities on the beach.
Kids club for the younger children entertained them from 10.30 - 12.30 and again from 2.30 - 5.30.
The local town was a tractor ride away from right outside the main gate for 40p per person and took about 10 mins.
Staff were always friendly and genuinely loved the smaller children.
One piece of advice - take Euros instead of Lira to this resort. Everything in hotel, shops, markets and bus/taxi is priced in Euro. and it makes it easier to work in one currency rather than three (Sterling, Lira and Euro) you also get a better deal in Euro.
Will definitely be visiting again soon.
