" Only just got back and I thought that... "

Only just got back and I thought that the hotel, the cleanliness the food and the staff were absolutly fablulous, the pools were wonderful and the mix of Polish, Russian, German, Franch and Egyptian guests seemed to work so well. It is a quiet resort so if you want wall to wall English, chips and discos-go to Spain.

One word of warning is that you will need shoes for the sea-also the diving centre was not open due to 'problem with the manager' best check if that is what you want to do.

" I called Room Service for 2 pints of... "

I called Room Service for 2 pints of Stella. I was advised to use the Mini Bar, but it was almost empty and the previous guests had left things in it, such as areoplane tickets. He gave me two bottles of warm Peroni. As they were both warm, I said I would prefer the Stella from Room Service. He sighed and looked annoyed, but finally agreed to get them. I was told "I don’t normally get orders during the day" and "Don’t worry, I have a drinking problem too" and asked "Do we sell stella here?" . He brought the drinks which were spilling all over the tray & told me that the hotel did not sell Stella, so he had got us 2 pints of Bud instead. He poured the spillages in my bathroom sink & asked me for £5:70. I asked if I could charge it to the room, he said I could not, even though I had preauthorised a credit card to my room. I was charged for items I did not have from the mini bar. When I wrote to the manager, finally 9 months later he responded “We still will not be offering a refund for the consumed minibar items” Not even an apology!!!!

" I was pleasantly surprised by how... "

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel was. I knew it had won awards for its service but it really lived up to its reputation. Decided to go for a quick break and it was thoroughly enjoyable.

The hotel itself was lovely, the rooms were equipped with everything we needed and I thought the Harbour Club was an added bonus, really loved relaxing in the hot tub and having a steam before going out.
