This hotel is absoluteley fabulous, the rooms are cleaned every day with new towells and sheets, free mini-bar filled every day,hair dryer in room and towells for the beach, food is superb and available all day, a la carte restuarants brilliant service, coffee and cakes, pancakes and doughnuts made while you wait, beach and pool bar excellent lunchtime food, fresh spit chicken and pizza, salads etc.
The waiters and bar staff are brilliant, drinks bought to your table and they are all so friendly.
Animation team excellent, games all day, archery, rifle shooting, french bowls and volley ball on the beach, and other games, yoga salsa dancing everything you could think off.
Evening shows vary from serious dancing and lots of comedy shows which are very funny and audience participation shows which are all very good the men entertainers are all really nice and very funny.
The beach if lovely and the waterslides are great fun, my family of four spent all day going from the beach and sea to the waterslides of course stopping at the beach bar, or coffee and cake house on the way.
Beware of Taxi drivers they rip you off told me 30 lira and then when got back said he said 30 euro so that was a shame tried to argue but had to pay 60 lira in end.
And if you do go out get prices on coffee before you drink they tried to charge us more there as well.
If we hadnt gone to the market at Kadiyre and Belek 2 days we would of had two weeks without spending a penny which is amazing.
The champagne and red wine are very good as are all the cocktails
Mainly foregieners at the hotel, but enough english to have a chat and they all speak english anyway and they were all really friendly.
EVERY THING WAS BRILLIANT HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AND ONLY 30 MINS FROM AIRPORT, GET A TAXI AT AIRPORT CHEAPER THAN TRANSFERS IT WAS 60 EURO RETURN I PAID £95.00 WHEN I BOOKED HOLIDAY.

Just returned from a wonderful two weeks. This has been one of the best holidays, we have had. Food was excellent, room was large and airy, day time entertainment was full on, Water polo, mad poolside games, football, rifle shooting, yoga and so much more, evening entertainment was the best, from organised musicals to games that included hoilday makers. I've never laugh so much!!!!! I have two young children and can say they never once complained about anything. The staff were very friendly and it put me to shame that they could communicate with every holiday maker be they French, German, Russian or what ever. The animation staff were great too. Making our holiday the most active I've ever been on, including being on stage taking part in a game. The other holiday makers were also very friendly again making the effort to communicate. I went with strange fearful apprehension and came away fully happy with how it turn into the best time ever.

The hotel was clean and of a high standard. Unfortunately the room was tiny and a family of four sharing one tiny room was not ideal, there was no choice for a larger room on booking through the Cosmos website even though the hotel had larger rooms.
The food was good with a selection of restaurants for a change.
Entertainment was ok on selected evenings but as there were no other bars to go to other than reception, you had little choice but to watch the shows which sometimes were not suitable for children.
There was lots for the kids, foam parties, and beach parties after the shows.
Overall a good holiday.

Just returned from a week all inclusive at this hotel.
We found the hotel to fully deserve it's five star rating. The food was excellent and varied and the rooms were clean and spacious.
The beach was clean and the sea water was warm, although not crystal clear. Staff were helpful and children seemed to be having a lot of fun.
We went at the end of October and the weather was disappointing for the first few days (thunderstorms and heavy rain). Although the last were very sunny and really hot (90 degrees).
We did meet a couple who return to this hotel in October every year. They were surprised by the rain, saying it is normally very hot every day.
I would definitely return to this hotel in the future.

Superb hotel. Activities available are so good, not one time in the holiday was I bored!
I did rifle shooting, football, pedalos, archery, water slides, basketball, water polo anything you can imagine!
Food selection is amazing, Chinese, Mexican, Italian, Russian so much food to choose from!
Balconies in most rooms, and I got a mini bar filled up daily! 5 star hotel!

Absolutely life changing fantastic holiday. Animation team are fantastic always have a smile on their faces and are very friendly and always seem to be able to put a smile of your face and help you get the most of your holiday.
The night shows are fantastic and are very, very enjoyable. There is activities for people of all ages from 3 to 12 year olds there is mini club and from 13 to 18 their is teenager club.
There is also many various activities for people of all ages to participate in and enjoy and their are also fantastic pool games everyday at 12 o’clock. Food and drink is available nearly any time you want. Night life after the show is not dull, there is a Disco which is open 11 till 2.
I have been to many places on holiday and I have to say that this was the best I have even been on and I hope to be back their next year and maybe even again this year.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone out there it is fantastic I cannot wait till I go back there.
