A room that saw its best about twenty years ago. Very tatty furnishings (old green nylon carpet, chipped yellowing melamine, strip lights). No shower.
No curtains in bathroom. No heating in bathroom which had mismatched taps and old tiles and a piece of hardboard roughly screwed to side of bath. No remote for TV.
Shaver point not working. Two mismatched and chipped cups. Heating was switched off when we arrived, so the room was freezing. On the plus side, the bed was quite comfy and the directions to the hotel very good.
Didn't try the food other than breakfast which was fine.
