Novotel Birmingham Centre Hotel Reviews
The room was of a high spec, contemporary decorated, and immaculately clean. A Queen size bed, large LCD TV screen, with a great choice of films to suit everyone, and internet service.
The en-suite bathroom was modern, with separate shower and bath. A good range of shampoos, shower gel, and de-stressing bath foam is always a plus!
I did have the option of having breakfast at this hotel, but due to a very early checking out time, unfortunately I couldn't eat there, and therefore I cannot give any opinion on the food.
The staff were friendly, and constantly on hand if needed.
I particularly thought the security of the hotel was of a high standard. To access the lift you have to use your key pass / key card and after 11pm, Security Guards were present to ensure only guests were admitted. The room also had its own safe, another winner for me.
There was a private party being held on the night I stayed and I have to admit after speaking to a member of that party, that they rated this hotel a 10/10 plus. Highly recommended.
