Paradise Lost Hotel

Situated off the main road clean rooms, basic accommodation, rooms cleaned 6days out of seven clean sheet towels every day. Small pool with pool bar and sunbeds no charge. Breakfast not to good same everyday. Staff very pleasant and helpful.
Resort not to busy, no lager louts. Good restaurants with authentic Greek food reasonably priced. Good beaches sunbeds with umbrella 6euros per day. If you want camping the sites are cheap 11 euros per night with good facilities and very clean.
Nafpilo ancient capital of Greece 15min away by car old town very interesting lots of chic boutiques and very good Greek restaurants. Beautiful promenade with nice bars facing out to sea.
Epidarus ancient theatre about 35min by car well worth a visit, ancient plays performed in the evening during the summer months, spoken in Greek but if you get a programme it gives a short explanation of the play, perfect acoustics, seat 1400 people. Also very interesting museum.
We also drove down to Monemvasia long drive took four hours along the coast road and through the mountains stunning scenery, there are also organised trips from Tolon. It is a islet with a enclosed town and castle accessed only by a narrow bridge Well worth a visit.
We will definitely be going back to visit Tolon is a nice town not to touristy with plenty of places of interest to see if you want to.
