After reading other people's holiday reviews on Sun Palace i didnt know what to expect when I arrived at the hotel. The Sun Palace Hotel was very clean and staff were always very helpfull, especially when my swimming costume fell off the Balcony and onto the restaurant... more

I was happy when i walked through the doors at sun palace it looked a really nice hotel but sadly there my excitement ended ,i had to find my own way to my room which was not that easy and when i got in the room there were ants on the carpet we went out and bought a spray... more

Enjoyed our stay in bulgaria, week 1 was fab hello to the hot dog mob, hotel clean cleaners worked all hours tidying after the guests, stayed in the four star part of the hotel could not fault if had a problem with the air conditioning and it was repaired imm . Week 2... more
