- Advice: Book bed and breakfast, have a jug of sangria at the beach bar and do have a drink in the hotel - you will be pleasently surprised at the prices.

It was by personal recommendation that I booked my holiday at The Tagomago Hotel in San Antonio Bay, Ibiza (not Tagomango as listed here).
It is a superb hotel for a peaceful holiday in the sun. The manager, Luis, greeted us personally, and was always on-hand. The staff were, without exception, courteous and always smiling. They made an effort to see to it that we, their valued clients, had an enjoyable stay, and indeed we did. The rooms were cleaned daily, Towels and sheets changed daily, and the food was of a very high standard, with many choices. I had no difficulty finding something from the menu that I enjoyed.
Breakfast had an unbelievable selection, and the evening meal generally had a choice of up to 6 main courses. The beach is literally outside the front gate, the ferry and bus terminals are both within 50 metres, as are the local shops and night spots, yet it was possible to have a quiet and relaxing holiday without all of the noise usually associated with centrally-located hotels.
I will definitely be returning, as, it seems, so do a great many other visitors to this delightful hotel.

Lovely hotel in perfect location, rooms overlooking swimming pool for stunning views over the bay.
Staff very friendly as you would expect from a small (2 story) family run hotel.
As for the food there always seemed to be something I liked
All in all a great hotel great location I’ve already booked for June 2005.

My partner and I stayed here Aug bank holiday 2011 for 2 nights.
We arrived early hours Sun morning and had a friendly greeting at reception. Rooms are basic but very clean. The hotel is a little tired but very homely and the staff are very friendly, nothing potentious about this place at all. We spent Sunday and all day Monday on the beach which is located at the gate of the hotel. Just a stroll up the prom heading into San Antonio are some lovely bars (10 mins from Ibiza rocks) or short water taxi to San Antonio. The hotel has a guest room to store your bags and has a bathroom for guests to use. We checked out at 12 noon went on the beach all day (as our flight wasnt until 3.40am) but didnt feel abandoned as the guest bathroom was fine and I was able to dry and straighten my hair in the hotel library area and apply my makeup.
The breakfast was fabulous, lots of choice. The bar had a great choice and unlike most hotels the prices not over inflated. Ideal for families, young couples or those a little older who like to relax by day, venture into the busy area now and then and have a decent sleep. Great location to watch the sunset, great for the beach, lovely sangria at the beach bar too, easy reach for the nightlife of Ibiza - absolutely fabulous, best of both worlds. very very highly recommended.
