Good Hotel would go back

Me and my wife and our 2 children aged 11 and 14 stayed at the hotel from 6th - 18th August 2011 all inclusive.
We booked independently getting our flights with Easy jet and the hotel through Low Cost Holidays all in all much cheaper than booking through Thomas Cook.
On arrival to Ibiza we got a taxi which cost 27 euros to the hotel and took about 20 minutes.
We checked in with no problems and we stayed in Almond room 3217 and the room was of a decent size with a hidden kitchenette in it containing a fridge etc.
The room was clean but maybe could of done with a bit of an update on the décor but was pleasant enough.
The sun bed situation was not as bad as a lot of the reviews have stated, yes there were towels put out of a night but I was up 7.30am most mornings and got 4 beds and 2 umbrellas in the same location everyday. After a few days the management made a new rule that towels could not be put on beds till 8am again this was no real problem as I just got up at 8am and got my usual place so unless you want to be right next to the pool don’t worry.
The food was of a good standard and always topped up when getting low, the breakfast was really good full English or continental you name it they had it. Lunch and Dinner were good always a different choice and well cooked and I am a very fussy eater.
But like all the all inclusive hotels I have stayed in at times it can get busy but this is to be expected at peak times isn’t it?
The pool was excellent with 2 life guards patrolling it and there was a daily quiz, water aerobics and all the usual sports and activities conducted by the lovely Kat and the Thomas Cook team and varied music played for most of the day.
The evening entertainment was a bit hit and miss to be honest, bingo every night which was fine, if you have young children its excellent as it was a kids disco etc, but most of the time the Thomas Cook team did the adult shows which was a little bit tedious at times but they do have a few outside acts that were decent and the Thomas Cook team gave it their all an worked extremely hard.
We didn’t wander out much but the beach is nice and is about 200 yards if you turn right out of the reception.
If you turn left out of the reception about 15 minutes down the road are plenty of shops and bars which looked fine.
All in all we had a very enjoyable holiday and we would go back. Don’t be put off by some of these reviews as lets be honest you will always get moaners and miserable people were ever you go!

Fantastic

We stayed there from the 2nd to the 9th of July, everything was fantastic, the food, the maid service, the bar staff, etc. Was in Sunflower house and was never effected by anybody had a great view of the sea from balcony! Was a great family place, with different depths in the pool for younger children and lifeguards always out. The bar staff were great very cheeky and fun, espically andre and miguel! Thomas Cook entertainment team were also very fantastic and a great thank you to them for making our evenings very enjoyable so thank you Owen, Lee, Nat, Cat and Georgia. Only thing is the towel situation when having to get up early hours to get a bed, but personally this didn't effect the enjoyability of the holiday! Many Thanks to everyone at Sirenis Seaview Country Club Hotel :)

Lovely hotel, good food, friendly staff, cleanliness 100%, swimming pool very small, depth 2" to 6'7" to include every age group, which is rather stupid because it was closed on a number of occassions due to human excreation. All inclusive had to pay for drinks after 12 midnight. Could never get a sunbed so went to beach a few minutes away which was dirty with very expensive sunbeds - sunbed attendant on the fiddle. Shop nearby also very expensive, other bars, etc. good mile away. Entertainment for children ok but very poor for adults. First week of our holiday nice and relaxing but second week was overrun by large crowds and families letting their children run wild, couldn't get any sleep after midnight with people running up and down the corridors banging on your door and ringing the bell. If everyone was all inclusive, the hotel would probably be fantastic but at minute attracting people who are maybe room only but come with friends who are all inclusive and supplying their food and drinks for them. Security didn't seem to deal with any problems.

We had the pleasure of staying at this resort late last year - belated review but sometimes better to write in hind-sight. We, like most families (2 children aged 10 & 14) wanted a relaxing but fun packed holiday that all parties would enjoy. We were not disappointed. From arriving in Ibiza the 1st week of October (24 degree's) so sun shining to departing 1 week later, we all had the most fantastic time. The hotel was very accomodating - rooms cleaned daily. Clean sheets, towels, balcony swept - no complaints at all. The food was varied, piping hot and replenished throughout meal times. Grill chefs prepared a selection of daily specials from fish to chops. All good!. Snack available all day from th great outside bar area. The pool was awesome - biggest I have ever seen and pretty much all ours as very few guests. Although the hotel was very quiet as end of season, all the staff made us most welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Especially the SUPERB entertainment staff - these guys were talented, enthusiatic and definately a credit to the hotel. Daily activities were arranged, from pool games, quizzes, darts, fun for the kids and adults alike. To sumarise, I am VERY Fussy! this honest account of our fantastic holiday should make you book - we're going back this year. The Cliftons

The hotel was absolutely amazing, staff are extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them.
Food was great with a wide variety to cater for all tastes.
Pool was spectacular and two poolside bars where you can get drinks and snacks all day and still be abl to enjoy the sunshine.
Entertainment in the evenings was great, most nights had a game of bingo and also something for the kids to enjoy.
Would recommend to anybody thinking of going there and would definately stay there again myself.

Good food, good beer. always queues for tha bar. Entertainment very children focused. Good beach, transpot links. Tea and coffee is minging - take your own. Ensure you get a room away from the main bar or you'll be up all nite and the guests are worse than germans for towels on loungers. Overall decent holiday. Gym is very very basic with no air con or water

We have just returned from 2 weeks at the seaview hotel wow!!! how anyone can fault it I fail to see, the food was amazing so much choice, freshly griddled food at least 3 choices, at least 7 meat dishes every meal time, cleanliness beyond belief, swimming pool beautiful, life guards at least 2 from 8am till 8pm and very efficient, ALWAYS sunbeds no mater what time of day, always tables in dining room, always laid up with linen, cuttlery and glasses, no need to save tables in the evening always plenty. Entertainment spot on until 12pm, bar staff always cheerful as were all members of staff. Rooms very large even the studio appartments plenty of room for family of four, cleaned EVERY day and towels changed daily. What more can I say this is the best all-inclusive hotel I have ever stayed at and AM LOOKING TO BOOK NEXT YEAR.

Just back from the seaview and would say i would go back.
Hotel very nice, food ok, but in the restaurant of an evening it is repeated quite often.
Rooms are great, very spacious.
Entertainment was very good, lots to do in the daytime. Evening entertainment was very good to, well done to Rich, Annie, Mark, RJ, Leah and or course DJ Dan. My daughter loved the kids mini disco with dizzy and shades.
Cant comment on the beach, as didnt go. Shops and bars about a 10-15 minute walk.
Would def go back, Great holiday.

just arrived back from a 14 day stay at this hotel.1st problem waited 2 hrs for room to be ready which went down well with having 2 kids dying to get into pool,2nd problem was the wonderful 10 to 15 mins we were waiting to be served for drinks from either bar.Not till second week did things improve with more staff put on to assist.Entertainment not very clever only 2 outside artists ntertained us relying on reps to put on shows although they did work hard during the day.I would say that this hotel is not 4* have stayed in better 3* hotels were i have seen better service and entertainment. The hotel was very clean and food good so not eveything a downer but does need improving for a 4* hotel.

just came back on thursday. hotel and surrounding area very clean towels were changed on a daily basis. all the staff at the hotel were very friendly food was good something for everyone but could do with more options on the childrens menu but our children who are age 5&7 ate off the adults side. the entertainment at the hotel was very good the staff was always on the go. the swimming pool and surrounding area was big but you have to be up early if you want to get around the pool as the sados are up at the crack of dawn with there towels on the beds but if your not bothered which we werent there is plenty of beds everywhere else .there is a small beach situated just at the side of the hotel which is lovely but buy your own umberella and a lilo as it costs 6euros each to hire so not many people using them there is a ferry that takes you into san antonio which only costs 6euros return .
