Absolutely fantastic holiday - only downside being people getting up at 5am to reserve their loungers and not turning up to lie on them until late afternoon!!! The hotel, the rooms and the resort were immaculate - and as for the entertainment/entertainers, fantastic - look out for Frosty, he is hilarious. There was plenty to do for all ages and we had an absolute ball. The entertainers work long hours but are always smiling and on the ball. Look forward to returning in the near future.

3rd time to seaview and i must say the standards seem to be slipping, waiting for a table most days and then waiting for food.
Room cleaners need to go to specsavers.
Entertainment dull to say the least.
Gangs of teenagers everwhere, where do they all come from????
New holiday destination needed :(

This was our first time in Ibiza and certianly wont be our last!
The hotel was spotless. The beech is a 2 minute walk away and is beautiful. There is a supermarket facing the hotel which was very convient. Staff were very friendly, maids were in everyday.
The pool was very big but was closed twice during my stay due to lazy parents who culdnt b bothered taking there child to the toilet!
The complex is very clean and the staff work very hard.
The entertainment was amazing! The reps worked from 8am to 1am, i cannot stress enough how brillant they were! They got everyone involved and even had family fun days were familys made teams and competed against eachother which was great, it got everyone involved! I was with my family including uncles and aunts. 16 of us in total, 8 of them being children aged between 7-16 and not once were they bored! They all loved the entertainment!
Food at the pool side bar is nice but the hotel restraunt isnt what i would expect from a 4 star hotel. We ate in the town everynight except for 3 of the nights. there is a beautiful Chinese which is good value for your money. There is also a beautiful Itilian restraunt which we visited reguraly.
We didnt go to the bars in town much becuse the children loved the entertainment so much they wanted to get back. They all loved Cartoon Heros so much they bought the airtours cd, which I still hear almost a year later!
All in all Serenis Seaview Country Club is well worth the money! I will most diffenatly be going back. I would reccomend this holiday to anyone.
Anyone who has booked to go here will have a wonderfull time.

we have just returned from a two week self catering holiday at the sirenis seaview and would rate it 10/10, we have already booked to go back again next year! we stayed in a studio apartment which was on the ground floor over looking the pool. there was plenty of room in the studio for the four of us ( two adults, two children aged 8 & 12 ) and the decor & furnishings were great. the bathroom ( which was a good size )had a seperate toilet, shower decent sized bath, and even a hairdryer! the room also had air-cond. there is a huge wardrobe in the apartment with plenty of space for everyone's clothes. the only slight downside to the room was that the kitchen was doors that opened up and was quite a small area to cook, but it was quite well equiped and we managed quite well for our two week stay. the room was cleaned daily and we had clean towels every day too! the swimming pool is fantastic with lifeguards on duty every day, no problems getting a sunbed although there were some sad people who were putting their towels out at 12.45 am the previous night!!!there were also plenty of parasole's too. there is a diving school across the road from the complex and they visit the pool several times a week so you can try diving! it's free for adults and 10 euro's for children under 12 ( due to insurance ), and they take photo's which they then put onto a disc for you. my 12 year old daughter and husband then did a proper dive in the sea and the insructors were absolutely fab!! we will defo do again next year! the supermarket across the road from the complex is a little dear price wise, the cheapest loaf of bread was 1.35 euro, but if you go across the beach ( which is right next to the hotel ) and up the steps, there is a little spanish supermarket to the left and a spar shop just a bit further up which is a lot cheaper, ( 0.90 cents for a standard bottle of pop ). the beach is lovely and has a few sports you can do, ( peddle boats with slides, doughnuts, etc). there is a bus every hour that go's from outside the hotel to san antonio which costs 1.40 euro's each ( same price for children ) each way, and takes about 20 mins to get there, that is where we found a tobbaconist shop, otherwise if you wanted to buy cigarettes you could only get them from a vending machine on the comlex at bar opening hours as they are controlled by remote by the bar staff. there is only a couple of restaurants near to the hotel, and we only ate once at the pool bar restaurant on the complex and were not impressed by the service as they lost our order then after waiting age's my husband didn't get all of his order!! they did compensate with free drinks and the food was nice , but more expensive that the restaurants outside of the complex.if you walk along the coastline outside of the hotel there is plenty of shops and restaurants about a 15 min walk. there is plenty to do for kid's at the restaurants especially at "florida park " where they have, bungee's, trampolines, go-karts, bouncy-castle etc. it cost's 4 euro's for the bungee's and my kid's loved it! the food and service ( by janice ) at the "florida park" was superb and we ate there several times! would also recommend the " golden crown " again superb service and food. all in all a fab holiday with around the clock entertainment for adults and children run by a fab team who the kids loved, great show's, daytime & evening. would recommend this resort to anyone with children who want a fun packed holiday!

there is lots to do if you want to if not just grab a sunbed and soak up that ibiza sun

We got a very cheap deal for a week on this holiday and overall it was very good. The studio apartments are pretty dated and could do with a refurbishment but for the price we paid - we couldn't complain. I wouldn't say the studio's are worth the 4 star rating though. Pool is very clean and plenty of room to sunbathe - we never had any bother getting a sun lounger. I would say that this is the perfect place to go if you have a family - lots of entertainment.
The location is actually quite good!! There is a bus which takes you into San Antonio every hour. We walked along the beach to San Antonio one night in about 45 mins.
We were self catering so didn't eat in the restaurant. We did, however eat in the pool side bar which I have to say was disgusting. We had a sandwich & chips - the sandwich was ok but the fat was oozing out of the chips!!! We never ate there again!! It's very expensive too costing 3 euros for an ice cream!!
Overall I would recommend this holiday as long as you get it for a good price - the star rating is too high in my opinion.

First time in ibiza, and wont be the last. The hotel was spotless and was plenty of entertainment for those with kids.San antonio bay is only 10 minutes away where there was plenty of resteraunts, pubs and shops.San antonio is only 8-10 euro in a taxi if you want to go up to the maddness at night or an hour stroll during the day, or just get the boat taxi or bus which both leave you in the heart of town.
Staff were friendly and the maids were in every day.The food is only okay but there is plenty of choice and besides there is oodles of resteraunts around with lovely food thats not too expensive(average meal for 2 was 40-45 euro including a nice bottle of plonk).
Ill defo be back,
OH and dont forget to watch the sunset one of the nights, its one of the most beautiful and spectacular things you ll ever see.
BONJOUR;

I was very disapointed when i saw the hotel.
I went with my family, and my friends family came along to.
Every year they go to the hotel since my friend was a young child.
I dont know why they kept going back as i thought the hotel was nothing special and very old fashioned.
Nothing makes me feel like that holiday was amazing.
The appartments decoration was old, dull, boring and wasnt a place i wanted to stay in for long.
The food was ok, nothing special, and didnt eat much as it was mainly plain.
The pool was just a pool, nothing special again.
The hotel entertainment must have been the best thing for me as won bingo and enjoyed mini disco very much.
I will not go back there again.

Just got back from the serenis seaview. This was our second visit, our first being 5 years ago. We were expecting it to be as good as last time but unfortunately were let down by certain factors.
The food has definately gone down hill, it was basically the same every day and quite bland.
Also the hallways outside the apartment were not up to the standard of cleanliness that i experencied last time and there were loads of gangs of youths running riot and jumping in the pool at night which were just left to get away with by the hotel.
The reps could also have been a bit friendlier.
The entertainment was also not as good as we remember.
We took our son aged 14 who was totally bored and our daughter aged 9 who thoroughly enjoyed so a bit of a mixmatch there. Id say it would suit children up to 12.
On the plus side the rooms themselves were very clean with the welcome addition of a fridge which was handy for keeping beers, water etc which was unexpected being half board. We also had a pretty good view from our room.
Overall we were slightly dissapointed and wont be returning.
