Another decent stay at this hotel on a b&b basis...the only problem we had was with the shower which they tried to sort out for us but were unable to by the time we checked out.
Although the rooms are pretty small they are comfy & have everything you need for a quick and cheap stay. The breakfast was also included in the price and had a nice selection of things.
The staff were helpful and check in/out was very fast considering they were so busy.
There is a pub right next door (the owl) which serves food most of the day, although the menu isn’t very extensive the food was very pleasant. Lunchtime seems to get very busy in there and they had inadequate staff behind the bar so I had a lengthily wait just for a drink.
I used this hotel to be around the NEC complex although the arena itself is still a short cab ride away I would use it again but only if they had another cheap online deal.
