We both enjoy peace and quiet surprisingly as we are in our late twenties (not late sixties!!) but the resort of Cala Blanca was amazing. The apartments were very clean not too busy and the facilities were very good considering this was a last minute budget holiday. Just five minutes walk from the apartments and you are on the beach which is a gentle little bay even Carla felt comfortable enough to have a swim.

Ten minutes in the other direction was the main strip of bars and restaurants which again was very peaceful and there wasn’t anyone trying to get you into the bars (biggest annoyance when on holiday).Right on the beach was a restaurant which serves the best prawn salads we have ever tasted and one of the main reasons we look forward to returning there.

The one thing I would have liked to have known before we went was how good a holiday we would have as we then would h
