I have stayed at Mert hotel 3 times, and am back there again next week. I found the staff at hotel to be friendly and made us very welcome and comfortable. So much that we go back time after time. The rooms are small but comfortable, and clean, so this was not a problem for me as I only sleep and shower in there. The rooms were cleaned daily, and always fresh towels and toilet rolls.
For breakfast it is what you would find at most hotels in Turkey. buffet style breakfast, i.e. cereal, fruit, salad, cheese, jam, honey, bread, olives eggs, tea, coffee, tea and fruit juice.
I have been going to Turkey now for 12 years, 2 or 3 each year to various resorts. Love Turkey and the people there, and the hospitably at Mert was better than some of the high standard hotels we have stayed in.
I am looking forward to going back again and seeing all the staff there, it will be like visiting friends, thank you all for making our holidays and stay with you and enjoyable one.

The rooms were quite small and hardly any storage space for clothes etc.
Breakfast consisted of bread, jam, cheese, boiled eggs, tomatoes, cucumber and olives. It was edible.
Evening meal consisted of a wide range of salad stuff, soup, one choice of meal with rice. Not very good if you don’t like chicken on the bone.
During my stay I only ever had 2 hot showers the rest were all cold.
I would go back to Marmaris but not this hotel and I would never go half board as there are so many nice places to eat, which are really cheap.

Thank you to all the staff @ Mert hotel, for such an enjoyable time there. It was my first time staying there and have booked again for August this year. I have stayed at Anemon Hotel and also enjoyed it there, but to be honest, the rooms at both hotels were much the same and so was breakfast, but Anemon was more expensive, therefore the Mert hotel was better value for money.
I would recommend this hotel to any one, and is also good location, its at beach and close to restaurants, shops etc.
