Food was not brilliant only heated and put in warmers.so the food always tasted of t c p there wasn't much choice. Our friends were sick though I am not sure if it was due to the food they had not been drinking and a child was involved. And I left our room key at reception only to come back and be accused of losing it, when in fact they mislaid it after a handy man had been in the room.no apologies or anything from them for upsetting me. I was in tears. It put me off from going back.

The staff at this hotel couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. A lovely little family run hotel with a very personal feeling. Very clean and well run. Evening entertainment was great with Frank. Bingo and quizzes each night with lots of humour thrown in, just what you need to relax on holiday. Hotel is situated between Sunny Beach and Nessebar, with buses and trains travelling between the two (very cheap travel). Beach is a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Sunny Beach itself has lots of nightlife and there are plenty of restaurants although the food at the hotel was great and the drink cheap. On speaking to other residents we found that a lot of them have been returning to the BelleVille for several years and we would definitely consider going back.

arrived at Hotel Belle Ville early hours Saturday morning, was greated at the reception wtih friendly atmosphere. Accomodation, basic but all you need, except no kettle was provided. Food was good, choice of two or three menu's each day only fault being no free drinks been provided with meals at tea time.
All staff; very friendly and polite. Entertainment was good, but the same thing every night; Bingo and Quiz. If no Frank, no entertainment.
All in all had a fab holiday, made welcome, just be weary of the fruit people throwing plumbs outside the hotel and demanding money if you touch them and pick pockets on buses and in shops. But isn't that the same wherever you go? We have people like that in England.

We have returned from 10 nights at Belleville Hotel and wanted to say we have had a great time. The room was clean and the maid always changed the towels and bedding. The hotel location is perfect if you want to choose when to go to either Sunny Beach main resort for the party life or Nasserber via bus or walk for the quieter side of life. The staff work long hours and yet always are willing to help, advise or be available for a chat. We have never been to Bulgaria before and we cant wait to go back.... Anyone who has doubts about this hotel, location or staff don't have, for the price you pay you cannot fault it.

I have just got back from an excellent week in the belleville hotel. I loved it an dcant wait to go back again. The first visit to Bulgaria and I was made to fell welcome. The staff were friendly the hotel was imaculately clean. Frank the entertainer was brill! he liked people to be involved but never pressured anyone.
Bulgaria is the first place i have been where there hasnt been any hassling in the airport no one trying to steal your luggage in exchange for cash. It was lovely.
breakfast and night but the food outside the hotel in the restaurants was brill too. The Belleville may only be a small hotel but in my experience these are the best to stay in. The belleville should be classed as a 4 star if not a 5 star hotel and not just a 3! roll on 2012 when hopefully I can return to this lovely resort and hotel!!!!

Jusb home this am from yhe belleville sunny beach had a great had a fab time. Franky Kelly and Niki absoloutly brill.
All the hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming. Rooms clean and anything you need just ask at reception they are more than happy to help. Food good and something different to eat every night.
As it's a wee hotel all the guests mingled and made each other feel welcome also.
I would recomend this hotel to family and friends and would go back myself xx
Franky and Kelly are great as I said at the begining Franky is off his head and realy good fun.
Don't take my word for it go see for yourself.

We have just returned from a week at the Belleville Hotel in Bulgaria. We had 2 mornings of rain and the evenings were surprisingly chilly.
The food at the hotel was buffet style: breakfasts were choices of scrambled/boiled/poached eggs, hot-dog style sausages and fatty soggy plastic bacon, beans (not tinned, but cooked in watery sauce!),fried bread, choice of poor value cereals;salami, feta cheese and tomatoes and bread to toast yourself in slow, domestic toasters! Melon, peaches, often bananas, oranges, green apples and grapefruit halves were thankfully available.
Evening meals: best were Sunday BBQ and midweek chicken. All veg was frozen mixed diced and sweetcorn, very soft cauliflower and mashed potato were like school dinners with cheap fish fingers, chicken nuggets, anaemic spag bol and uninspiring cottage pie,if you like chips, they were okay!
Entertainment was poor: karaoke, bingo(where the staff play and win also)and evening quiz were all conducted from a laptop! Bulgarian dancing was like a conga, carried out by you with the cleaner and bar staff, not traditonal at all. This all happens in a garage kitted out with seating and tables and pool side area.Read raves about Frank the barman prior to booking, but found he had a sarcastic sense of humour when he wasn't telling you how long he had worked that day or was waiting for season to end.
Good parts were regular towel change and comfortable beds, and there is a reasonable mini-bar. Our room looked over other hotel's pool, but balcony had no sun. Buses are cheap to get to Sunny beach and Nessebar,1 lev each way, road trains 3 levs each way. Nessebar has cobbled streets, lovely architecture, views and churches, fish and steak restuarants. Beware that gorgeous ice-creams are weighed and usually reasonable, but one crook opposite the museum tried to charge us 19 levs for an overloaded mess! Sunbeds and brollies on beach are 7 levs each, so best to use a towel or lilo to use on designated areas. Nudist area beach was bed free, lol! Be aware that the actual beach in relation to the hotel is a 20 min walk. A Computer was available in hotel for use.Safe deposit box was offered at 40 levs each or 30 levs if you shared with other guests! Not safe in my opinion! Beer was cheap-2 levs a pint, 1.5 levs for a half, but coffee from a nescafe machine was 3 levs, tea 2 levs! Fanta drinks 1.5 levs.
We arrived early hours of Tues am and due to fly early hours of Tues the following week, but room was booked from Monday to following Monday lunchtime, costing us 40 levs to keep the room for luggage/showers until 6pm, or 60 levs til 10pm. We managed to share cost with another couple by sharing a room (luckily, and only organised by ourselves). Everyone faced this charge if flight was due for early hours, I felt ripped off as no shower room was available and only reception area for keeping your luggage. There are only 7 seats available in this area when waiting for pick up coach!
Interesting note: Entry to pool before 9am refused as it was regarded as too noisy, even if you swim alone!

just came back from a 2 week holay at the belle ville hotel. first things first hotel staff r the best ever, words can not describe how good they r, Sarah was so good with the children, my 2 year old son loved her, Sacho the bar man was really nice and helpful, Frank the bar manager who does the entertainment is wicked, allways alot of things to keep u entertained at night, fun games, bingo and karaoke. the cleaning lady also was very nice who worked all the hours in the day bless her. all of the staff at this hotel cant do enough 4 u. rooms were very clean and spacious however u could hear the traffic from the main road but then again ur in a hotel not living ther forever. the food was below average but is edible, having saying that that is the only fault with the holiday. all the hotel staff waved us off as we left, cant wait to go back.
