Arrived at Malibu to find out we had to pay a breakage deposit which was never told to us by our tour operator. The receptionist one was most uncalled for, more or less demanding money from the coach load of tourists. Was given a rubbish map which directed us to the moon... more

We have spent one week in May at the Malibu Apartments. The welcome at reception was warm and we was given good directions how to find the room. Yes, it's like a rabbit warren with lots of steps but you get a free work out! The room was very spacious and the kitchen well... more

We arrived at the hotel and had to find our own way ourself. Wasn't told where to go which took us 30 min to find the room. Room was nice, we had pets for the week which included cockroaches and the maid service wasn't good, as they changed the towels and bedding once... more

After reading all the bad reviews I was very worried about staying here. But I was very surprised, the apartments were lovely and clean didn’t see one cockroach in the whole week in our apartment, the view from our balcony was amazing. The reception team were brilliant... more
