Submitted By: Mrs K Guinessas for the pool where are all the sun canopys that are pictured in the brouchers? oh yes you have to rent them from the recepion along with the safty deposit boxes. do not take white swim wear for yourselfs or your children because they will turn yellow the cheaper the better. the food round the pool bar was excellent and served very fast (this was the only positive thing i have to say about the place)

Submitted By: Mr G Bentleythe malibu park has a 3 star rating, this truely should be a 1 star apartment unit at the very most.
most days other holiday makers where in front of you to complain to the rep or staff,i truely must state the did seem to listen , but did very little else.
dont take my word ,if you are ever in tenerife, please check the malibu park out , you shall write back and state that i have missed other items you yourself have seen..

Submitted By: Ms LMMalibu Park has the basics to everything, we got what we paid for. If you want it to be perfect then pay for 5*!
Our room was for 4 people and we was more than comfortable, although our shower broke on the second day as it was leaking into the guests room below. Lucky for us our friends were ther so we could use there shower, and toilet!
We did complain at the reception and a man came out to fix it, Becca helped alot to. The man was useless an just installed a new shower. The leak was still hapening and our water got turned off again. Just before the end of our first week, we wer moved to another room, it was smaller but we prefered the view of the aqua park rather than the noisy pool! Becca our rep was great, she talked to us a lot and sorted us out with some excursions, defo worth doing if your aged 18-25. The School Skive was good!! We never had 1 cockroach in either of our apartments. The maid was snotty and was trying to get us to pay a fine because we had a bed on the balcony! It was hot and no air conditioning. Becca sorted this out for us. Overall Malibu Park was good, i would return with my mates. The security guards are a bit moody but ther harmless, we was jumping in the pool at 5am! Although its official rating is only 2* it defo reached my expectations and all 11 of my friends enjoyed it to! Dont be put off by bad reviews!!!

Submitted By: Mrs A WoodcockThe pool is horrendous! So dirty and only got cleaned once while were there! We were in it and a spanish guy halwked up the biggest amount of flem and spat it in the pool! I got out quicker than I got in! I was then told by another guest that the day before someone had been sick in it and a child had had an accident in it! When this happened it was just fished out with a net!!!! Unfortunately as it was so hot, we had to use the pool to cool down so due to the implications posed on our health ie dissentary, we decided to buy li-lo's to ensure our heads were above water at all times! Disgusting! The li-lo's also doubled up as sunbeds as there were never any free by 7:30am although there are signs clearly stating that sunbeds are not to be reserved! But as there is a massive lack of staff in this complex any rules are thrown out of the window! Oh yes, i'll also add that one of the many "rule signs" also state no dogs on the complex (whether this is because the mangey cats that roam the complex may fear them, I don't know?) however, a man managed to not only walk in with his dog, but allowed it to jump into the childrens pool while kids were playing in it!!!!!!! Yes you've guessed it....no staff to say anything!
Talking about men just walking in, i'll also add the fact that our rep was robbed in reception! She had left her desk to deal with ANOTHER complaint by someone. At the time there were staff at the reception desk, but as they only seem to stay there for 1 minute at a time before going on a 1/2 hour break, a man (non-guest) walked in and stole money from her desk! unbelieveable, totally enstills confidence in the security doesn't it!
I could go on even longer but hey I think you get the jist! I would not recommend Malibu Park to a lame dog! Never ever ever ever again!

Submitted By: Mrs B CHaving booked this holiday over the phone with Tomas Cook we were informed that there was only (1) 2 bedroomed appartments left,so that put abit of pressure on use to book, we decided to just go for it as we never seem to get everyone in one room and the price suited us. We had read the reviews and we was going to cancel
We arrived late on the Friday evening and was given a map along with directions to our 2 bedroomed appartment on entering the room seemed fresh and cool i then went to open the front porch curtain to be faced with a WHITE WASHED WALL OMG :( this was not the view that was described in brochure as it stated either pool view or sea view well off i trotted to the 24hr reception, i asked to be moved but the man behind the desk a foreign origin did not understand what i was asking or he did understand but he didnt want the hassle. He seemed rather harrassed as another couple who had arrived the same eveing were also asking to be moved, i decided i would see rep the following morning but the rep called to see how things were the following morning i informed her that we was not happy looking onto a white washed wall, she informed us that she would check with reception to see if there was another apartment.
Later that day we was informed by the rep that there are only (2) 2 bedroomed apartments at malibu park so we had only one more apartment to look at but there was a problem!!! the other apartment had its front door kicked in! and the rep would need to talk to management to see if it could be repaired for us, she advised us later that day that they would repair door for us but we wanted to see room first. We went for a viewing a dressing table was securing the damaged locked door the damaged door was direct access into a bedroom, the view from the balcony was amazing it was once 2 single apartments but they had been knocked through to one another so we had 2 toliets 2 separate balconys they were not very clean mould and the shower curtain, also no air con'd so will be looking for this in our next holiday :)The Balcony doors security OMG Piece's of Wood they did not lock only by using wood lets just say we was glad to be 3 floors up. We didnt move into the room till the Monday Rep advised us the repair would be carried out while we were in the apartment. The DOOR was never fixed the whole time we was there!!! The supermarket closed really early well lets just say if we stored things like her in this country we would be defanitaley closed down. The poolside bar was good but prices seemed to change for a pint of darada 2.25euros then the following day for the same thing 2.55 then an hour later 2.95euros so abit expensive.Cleaners were ok but it seemed to always be a rush job. SUNBEDS was another prob not enough But a pile lay chained up and guess what no one could find the key to open them, also no PARASOLS didnt bother me but for those who did have kids it did!! Pool during my stay i only saw it being cleaned once only with a fish net tho no hoover system here! The pool NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY brochure does not state this, it didnt bother me but for some folk looking to booking a holiday with little ones i think this advice is amust!Talking to other guests We was also told to be aware of stealing those who did have apartments near the pool area were being broken into on a regular basis. CCTV cameras are all over the place but do they work!!
Also as there were alot off singles they seemed to sleep all day and party all night, and noise levels got out of hand on our second week someone had vommited down the walkway from the above apartments this was never cleaned up !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PESTS HUMANS AT THE BEACH AREA NO JOKE and it wasnt just famillies they were bugging!!! overall we will not be going back
Places to eat SCOTCH CORNER :)
SUN INN :)

would also recommend trying Lito's cafe, downstairs and a must is the Go-Kart trip!!
