I really enjoyed Toulouse, I would recommend the medieval cathedral and have lunch in the old square in front of the town hall. A nice walk along in the river will talk you through the artist’s quarter. Explore the side streets for some amazing shops! Then head off to the Pyrenees mountains for some walking. The people are very friendly, a top all round holiday destination.
