What can I say, what an absolute dump! Do not stay here, it is dirty, falls short of basic self catering accommodation needs.
To begin with one owner showed us to our room at 11pm & without a rep from the even better (note the sarcasm) Libra Holidays, we really didn't have a hope in hell! Rusty taps and moldy showers in the bathroom, a moldy fridge, smoke alarms hanging from the ceiling, light fittings hanging from the ceiling, single beds for my boyfriend & I, the list is endless - just an absolute hole! The other owner ridiculously suggested that my boyfriend should hold the shower for me so I could wash my very long hair, because the shower head was broken! Loud music until 4am on both nights we stayed, it goes without saying we insisted on being moved after the first night, but had to stay for 2 because Libra Holidays was closed on Sunday!
The cleaner was very rude after hearing of our complaint & request to move. She came to our room on the Monday morning as we were waiting for our rep to come and move us, she shouted at us to get out of the room because she had to clean & fix our shower. We refused to go anywhere as we were hoping to be out ASAP. Also we were waiting for the rep to arrive, she was already half an hour late - she didn't even turn up so I had to phone the Libra Office in Kavos from my mobile to arrange the move myself & then also had to pay for the taxi!
We booked a 3 Star allocation on arrival holiday with a possibility of being upgraded free of charge, too good to be true! Regrettably, we went ahead & booked it, we ended up wishing we hadn't. This place is not even worthy of a rating, it deserves a minus. I have only rated it because I had to before I could submit the review. Our rating, minus 5!
Finally, don't ever book through Libra holidays, an absolute shambles of a tour operator! The reps didn't take us to our accommodation on arrival, hence being shown to our room by the owner! They didn't turn up or were very late for appointments & I had to arrange our move to a different hotel (Koulouris Beach Hotel), we paid for our transfer to the new hotel & even when we'd moved they were generally unhelpful!

Really good resort for a group of young people, plenty to do and the nightlife is amazing! Cheap drinks, loads of brilliant bars that are open late. The clubs are good, and air conditioned so you won't get too hot!!
The hotel was nice, 2 pools - great for sleeping off a hangover the next day and right next to a beach!
If you want to eat out on a night, there are loads of great restaurants, particularly The Hungry Squid, which does Mexican, Chinese and Indian food all at the same place so everyone's happy.
The weather was excellent, and it didn't rain the whole time we were there so we all came back with nice tans! :)

Apartments cramped, dirty and smelt of damp. Bed linen threadbare. Wardrobe falling apart. Mosquito heaven.
Would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone. Should have -1 star rating.

Why do tour operators do this? sell off their unwanted apartments to unsuspecting holidaymakers. We booked a Thompson holiday but when the tickets came we had in fact got Freestyle tickets, this was confirmed to us by the reps first words at the resort '**** the weather, meet me in the bar tonight and I will show you the best places to get leathered!' mmm nice! the Seaside appt location is good 10 minutes out of Kavos and right on the small and dirty beach, facilities too were good with a couple of nice bars and 2 pools, however these were generally populated with 15-20 year olds trying to **** each other! The apartments were a disgrace, small and dingy with walls covered in murdered mosquitoes the bedding wasn’t changed once in the week and the bathroom was tiny with the toilet located in the shower! Breakfast consisted of sausage beans and egg on a dish of oil-no choice disgusting! Kavos is brash and noisy but hey we knew that...it was actually closing down for the winter so the bar staff and touts were friendly and there were many good drink deals-the Barn complex was good and the sex foam party excellent! avoid at all costs fire bar-totally ripped off nasty and dirty-don’t go in!! get out of Kavos for a few days the island is beautiful hire a car at resort -plenty of good value companies. Avoid Thompson excursions again some good travel agencies in Kavos -but shop around. I’ve travelled around much of Europe and have taken many bargain holidays-but never have I stayed in such a sad unloved, unsecure and run down set of apartments-Thompson should be ashamed that they put their name to such a place!

What can I say......... Before we left to go to Kavos we read so many bad reviews, basically all of them were true!! When we were first shown to our apartment we were told it was the best they had because it overlooked the sea!!
I have never been so disappointed in my life! The room smelt disgusting, curtains hanging from the rails and the bathroom wasn't fit for a dog!! I touched something on the wall and a big piece of plaster fell on the floor leaving a whole in the wall with exposed wires. Also the bedding was never changed and the bins were changed three times out of the seven days we were there. But considering you are not allowed to throw your toilet roll down the loo they were pretty full by the end of each day!!!!
I would advise you to take your own towels, the ones we were given looked like they had been dragged along the floor! Oh yeah..... do not walk on any of the grass!!! I happened to do so on my way to my apartment and sunk in what I thought was sewage!! It was bad enough that I was already running to my apartment to throw up because of my upset tummy!
The apartments are about 20mins away from the main Kavos strip and the walk to get there is actually quite scary so you end up paying for taxi's every night!
Before you book this holiday I would advise you to look a bit further as there are plenty of nicer hotels closer to the strip going for the same sort of price.
