Oh dear, this hotel could be very nice, but it needs some money spending on it. The main bar is a room with chairs, no pictures, no atmosphere and certainly nothing which would make you think you were in Greece. The so called Sports Cafe sometimes had the football on, but... more

Hotel was clean, rooms were cleaned every day with fresh bedding and towels....the local beer, wine and the only two shorts that you could have as all inclusive (Ouzo and Brandy) was good although all inclusive ends at 11pm.....thats the good bits over with. The food was... more

The overall cleanliness of the hotel 10 out of 10. Rooms were cleaned on a daily basis and clean towels replaced daily. Poolside areas were attractive and well kept. There was no entertainment whatsoever when we went in October. They also closed down the sports bar so... more

The hotel rooms were clean and large but there the good stops. Although FOUR star accomodation we had our towels changed only once in the week. The towels and the sheets were very tatty the sheets had holes in them, which one sheet and hole were made bigger unfortunately... more

We have come yesterday from this hotel (room 5205) after our 10 days vacation. It has been our first visit at Crete. To be honest I did not know what to expect after all the reviews which I have read. The service was very good. People are very friendly and love the kids.... more
