By far the majority of our rooms are quite large – and if by just request a larger room we will always ensure your request is granted. Also great that you had an excellent meal in our award winning La Bonne Auberge Brassiere! I do apologize for the early morning wake up of the fire alarm – it is not often a full evacuation happens in the middle of the night. We are fully aware how shocking this is to our guests and (we) ensure the comfort and safety of our guests is always the number 1 priority. We look forward to welcoming you back in the near future.

We recently carried out a bar price survey of local airport hotel’s and we’ve found we are still the cheapest in this area! Sorry to read that you could hear the guests next door till 2am – normally this is a very quiet hotel and we don’t often hear complaints of that nature. Of course in the future just request a quiet room or contact reception and they will be happy to try to quiet down other noisy guests. As you mentioned our La Bonne Auberge restaurant does serve cooked to order full Scottish breakfast as well as a fantastic menu for dinner. I am sorry you had trouble finding us in the dark - in the next 2 weeks we've already arranged for 3 additional brown tourist directional signs to be added to the local area ensuring we are easier to find. It’s never pleasant to hear of an unsatisfied guest but we do utilize this information to better our service and product. Since we started sharing a shuttle with a local car park we have found most guests have found it a much more regular and seamless service while at the same time doing our share to reduce our carbon emissions (by sharing the vehicle). I am very disappointed to read you experienced rude service and this will be dealt with immediately – but please know that 90% of guests that stay with us have a wonderful stay and would stay with us again. I was disappointed to read of your experience with us at the Quality Hotel Edinburgh Airport. This type of 'dance event' only happens once or twice a year. We did notify all our guests who booked directly with the hotel via the phone of the upcoming event but unfortunately we cannot ensure all outside booking companies communicate the message. We did have extra security working throughout the event to ensure minimal disruption and safety.
