Cordeira Villa

This modern, three bedroom villa is located in a residential area in the Boa Vista area of Carvoeiro.
The popular resort centre and its lovely sandy beach can be reached within a five minute drive where you will find a selection of shops, bars and restaurants. A few steps lead up to the villa which is located all on one level, comprising of a spacious lounge/diner with satellite TV and a separate kitchen, equipped with a cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. There is also a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, two twin bedrooms and a full bathroom. From the kitchen, a door leads out to a covered terrace where patio furniture is provided and overlooks the private pool and sun terrace, where from here a few steps lead down to a built in barbecue area.
A car is essential as the Boa Vista area is about a couple of miles from Carvoeiro centre, and the nearest supermarket is about 1 1/2 miles.
This is a residential area so if its peace and quiet you are after this is definitely the place as during the day most of the nearby villas are empty as the occupants are out at work.
Carvoeiro is well located to enable you to visit many other of the Algarve’s resorts.
