Our family have been holidaying in Faliraki for over 20 years and we have stayed in many different types of accomodation over the years including the bigger hotels.
Sam's is without doubt the best.
Your custom is appreciated and nothing is too much trouble.
We are going back in September ( our 5th visit ) and look forward to going back many more times in the future.

Excellent place to stay, been there for the last 3 years and are going back in July 2008. Went with the whole family last year. Sam and his family can't do enough for you, he makes you very welcome, Roulas food is excellent. The kids love the water slides and the rooms are spotless. I have been going to Falaraki for 22 years and stayed in plenty of places but you won't find one as good as Sams Studios.

We have stayed at Sams for the last 2 years and are going back again this month. Sam, Rhoula, and family give you a warm welcome and always check to see if everything is ok. Rhoula's cooking is excellent!
The pool and pool side is always clean and tidy. The rooms are spotless, the maid comes in every other day to clean the room and change the bed linen.
Great location, 2 mins from the beach, 5 mins from the shops, 10 mins from the lunar park, the waterpark, and club and bar street. Sam's sisters own the shops in front of the apartments, a clothes shop, supermarket, and restaurant, they are always very friendly and helpful.
I would recommend Sam's to families, couples, and youngsters, everyone will have a great time.

Sam's is the best place in Falaraki, warm friendly family atmosphere where nothing is too much trouble. We have had several fantastic holidays with Sam and Rula and the kids. Trouble is we have lost the phone number!
Going to Rhodes at the end of June, so will try to stay there when we get there.Wow!
Rhodes is a beautiful place full of surprises, fantastic hidden coves and beaches. Churches on top of mountains, beautiful and hot Lindos. Rhodes town old and new for a different shopping experience. Lindos town very similar to St Ives but the streets are narrower! If that's possible.
You will be sure of a fantastic holiday at Sam's. Falaraki beach is great the sand gets a bit hot, the things you have to put up with!

We have stayed at Sam's for several years now and have always been amazed at the kindness and helpfulness of Sam and his family. Nothing is too much trouble, they always have a friendly smile and a good welcome for everyone.
Sam's is ideally situated being within a few metres of restaurants and shops and no more than 150 mtrs from the beach. We always travel around in Rhodes and a trip to Lindos is a must as is a couple of days swimming in Anthony Quinn Bay (where they made the Guns of Navaronne).
Tsambica beach is great and the monastery above is quite a climb but well worth the stank. Rhodes town (old and new )are excellent to visit. You must also take the King Sardon to Marmaris for the market and the Gold Centre.
Icmeler is also beautiful, it gets very hot. Rhodes is a fantastic holiday and Sam's is of the best accommodation you will find anywhere in Greece.
A lot has been written about Faliraki, but we have to say that there is something for everyone there.

We continue to stay at Sam's Studios. If you want to spend big money on the swish hotels, that’s fine if you think its good value.
Sam's presses all the buttons for us. It is guaranteed to offer all the facilities a family would need.
The rooms are impeccably clean, the food offered is excellent. The kids love the swimming pools. Drinks are on tap all day & night.
Where can you find 'Family Size' Studio’s? Sam has now added some large Studio's that really can accommodate a family, probably with 2, 3 or even 4 kids.
We will be there again in July 07.
How do I rate Sam’s? I can't fault them, it’s that simple.
