We arrived at this hotel having been promised a castle view. The view was there but you had to be a contortionist to see it. After complaining, we were upgraded to a luxury room with a double whirlpool bath and a bottle of champagne. The decor is less impressive than expected but never the less the cocktail bar is great and the staff are fantastic.
