It’s a well looked after, clean hotel. The staff were lovely, very helpful, and friendly.
We had a room on the 3rd floor, reached by the lift. It was clean and well presented. Toiletries and tea making facilities provided.
The only reason it didn’t score a 10 was the size of the bathroom. Your knees touched the wall when sat on the toilet!! The shower was good though. The sink was in the room itself in an alcove.
The included breakfast was lovely, lots of choice, very hot food, nice clean dining room.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Edinburgh, it’s a 15minute walk to the castle/princes street.
