Hilton breakfast is fantastic. Eat as much as you possibly can. Full Scottish and very tasty. Eggs cooked to order.
A few minutes walk to princes street ie shopping etc. The centre of Edinburgh is being dug up at the moment so it was not as nice as usual as a tram system is being built and it won't be finished until 2011 ...I think. It is a great shame because the bus service here is great, well it was until they dug the road up.
Hotel is on airport shuttle bus route, so easy to get to.
Great value and overall we were very satisfied with staff and hotel facilities. Ate out on second night in a small resturant close by called First Coast and the steak there was fab.
